Time is slowly moving along. Let the good times roll.:woohoo:

We have a couple ADR's in the morning. How do I get there for these:

8 am - Chef Mickey's
8 am - Donald's Breakfastsaurus
8:20 am - Cinderella's Royal Table

I know I can take a boat on Cindy's and Chef Mickey's , but did not know when they start.

I am most concerned about getting to AK at 8 am...the park opens at 9 am, will the buses be running by then? We will not have a car available when we are there...any suggestions???

The boat to CR for Chef Mickey's starts at 7 AM - we used it to get to our 7:30 ADR there.

We also took the boat to MK for our 8:20 CRT breakfast and got to the park before 8 AM.

For Breakfastasaurus, the AK bus should be running early just for those with breakfast ADR's. You can always check the front desk for timing. We didn't have to do that one, but based on the length of the trip and how infrequent the buses are to AK, a cab isn't necessarily a bad idea, especially if you're the nervous type who worries whether you show up early for your ADR.

I'm so excited, I just booked our families first trip to Disney at the WL in a woods view room with a bunk bed for June 1-7. It will be my husband, myself, and our DD6 and DS2 who will be turning 3 during our trip. I just wanted to thank all the people who have posted information an this thread to help me choose WL. I have literally spent all my spare time reading the entire thing over the past two weeks. I can't wait to spend a week a WL. Thanks Again!

We don't belong on the 3rd page. Get yourself back to the front of the line.:thumbsup2

Ag, you'll have a great time at the WL. We stayed there June 5-12 and thought it was perfect. If I read your sig correctly, it'll feel like a whole different world from East Texas. I couldn't believe that I'd feel comfortable sitting in front of a fire drinking hot chocolate in Florida in June, but the theme overwhelms you.

Like you, I spent a long time lurking on this board before we went, finding every answer to my questions. But don't be afraid to ask more questions - we all love to talk about the WL.

Okay, 23 days to go and I'm just thinking about requests. Should I call or should I request when we arrive? Do requests cancel out upgrades? Sometimes is it better to just show up and pray for a CM to bless us with a free upgrade? We booked standard and this is our first time EVER to WL. We've never even had dinner at WCC. For all of the Vets, where would you want a first timer who had never visited to stay? What is the ultimate view? My DS's are 12 and 6 and my DH likes a nice view but we need it to be quiet so right next to the pool on the bottom floors is not an option for us. Oh, did I say

23 MORE DAYS....and can I tell you, I am sooo excited I just let out a quick scream and frightened my children :rotfl2:

25 days, is it time to pack yet!!??? COME ON, LETS GO ALREADY!!!! LOL

We are at 18 days and started packing Sunday. The boys stuff is pretty much packed (except for the things they are allowed to wear between now and then). We do, however, have 1 smaller suitcase of chips...yes, that's right, we packed a suitcase with potato chips. We had bought one of the varitey pack boxes (50 small bags, several flavors). Well, they are in their own suitcase. :rotfl: That's Carl's favorite bag - he doesn't care if he has clothes, he'll have his chips. :lmao:

To me the ultimate view is inner courtyard. Our room in April overlooked Silver Creek Falls and the view was incredible!! I loved cracking the door open and listening to the water rush over the falls. It was so relaxing! We were sprinkled with pixie dust and upgraded from standard to courtyard, so I hope you will too. It seems to happen more for those book standard rooms, probably because there are so few standard rooms available.

We aren't going 'till December, but Obsessed me has started packing already! Our Disney Santa hats and Christmas shirts are already in the suitcaase. I also picked up a bunch of coordinating T-shirts for the entire family when the Disney Store had them on sale for $2.99. They are packed already, too...otherwise we would never see them all in the same place again. I also picked up a few Disney plush and other toys on sale...they are packed as well for surprises.

I love the extra suitcase for chips! That way you'll also have an empty suitcase for all the stuff you buy there!

Next Tuesday at this time we will be at WL!!! I started packing a few days ago and today I packed a whole suitcase full of food!! I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one with a suitcase full of food!!:rotfl:

I leave on Friday and haven't packed a thing. LOL I have gotten everything washed so it shouldn't be too bad. I have in the past packed a ton of food but with CL this time I don't have to.

Thank you for your help. We love the sound of rushing water too :cloud9:. Do you remember which room it was?

Whew! I thought we were the only food packing crazies. Thanks for the reassurance that I am not alone. :thumbsup2

We are leaving in 39 days!!! I have requested connecting rooms but that is my only request. I have always made requests and usually gotten them but this time I thought I'd just take the luck of the draw...so I'm crossing my fongers and just going with the flow...I doubt there is a bad room anywhere.

I've hovered around this thread for awhile now and have received so much information that my head hurts from all the info. :rotfl2: Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone can answer this question for me. We will be at the world from Oct. 6-13. On Oct. 7th, MK will be open for extra magic hours at night, which means staying open until 3:00 a.m. Whoo Hoo! Does anyone know if the boat that runs from MK to WL still run at that late time of night, or should I say morning? :confused3

27 DAYS!!!

Thanks for the info on upgrades, I'm hoping the fact that it's my first ever trip to WDW will get us an upgrade (everytime I call DTC I am asked if it's my 1st trip and I answer yes, so hopefully that's noted somewhere) Either way, I'm excited and I hope we get a decent view, even without an upgrade. I'm sure it's going to be awesome no matter what!

We just bought new luiggage that is being delivered today so now I can start packing!
