Actually, before we left for the hill on day one, we went to breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Eric didn't touch his chocolate chip pancakes. He said he was dizzy and felt sick. I thought "Oh no. Please no stomach viruses, please!" Duh, it was his nerves.

Good evening everyone,
So how has everyones day been? I have done loads of planning and display perp for my class next week at school. I had to make 2 trips to the supermarket!! I ran out of paper for my printer when I was printing out worksheets for my class so had to go and get more! Then DH and I called the local Thai takeaway for tea, it was yummy. I had chicken satay to start with, then chicken and cashew nut with coconut rice. I only ate half of it (the portions from takeaways are always too big for me) so I can have the rest for lunch tomorrow. Then we watched Lion King 3. What a funny film!!
So it looks like quite a few people can go to the TAGLIARCHY WDW meet. I'm so jealous, but there is no way I can fly across the 'pond'. You'll have to post pictures for everyone else to see.

My lil guy still has not gotten any pox, but still a fever of 103. Bichon Barb, check out the link in my sig. That's the new color wheel. As for the Meet in October, it really looks like it's going to happen. There's a link in the new color wheel to see when everyone's going to be (or at least potentially) meeting up with each other. Not that I don't want you to have a nice family vacation, but if it doesn't work out it sure would be cool if you could make it in October too.

hello taglikans! sorry about the lack of posting done by me, been sort of a busy little bee in the whole 2 days i was MIA.

there are basically 2 sides to my sstory:

we'll start withthe happy....FPgurl04 and I are pen pals now! I spent the entire school day (friday) writing a very long letter to her....no we didnt really do anything in school that day since we have this whole week off


and now the bad part....Entertainment Weekly....i was supposed to get issue number 751 on wednesday...now personally i tink our mail people steal our mail so we usually dont get EW till saturday...but it never came ...sooo that basically just started it for me because i look forward all week to reading it! then of course my brother has a basketball tourny ...so i got to go sit through 3 games of 10 year old basketball! ....then we sort of went to wal -mart in between games and i was looking forward to buying "ed wood" because they just released it on DVD and walmart supposedly had it. but they didnt. and that made me angry. and then we get to the counter and my dad wouldnt let me buy t.v. guide.....so then we go to the stupid gym and im way too tired and i just basically fall asleep...and then we went back to another game and then we had to go food shopping and get pizza because my stepmom just had surgery on friday....so ...she kinda um cant cook and stuff so ive gotten extra chores(which in this case i didnt mind until my stupid bros wouldnt help out because they're selfish!) ....and then i come home and my still stupid step bro has a friend over! he is so dumb. so now my stepmom has to be responsible for another little miscreant! and i then i try to go one EW.com to tell them that the magazine didnt come and that part of the site was down. of cours it was!

it has been one very very long day

Lewski709 Sure hope your little one is feeling better soon. It seems like fevers always get higher at night and subside in the morning so hope your little one sleeps through the worst of it and feels much, much better tomorrow!

I really am a dog lover but....my SIL's male daschund is spending the weekend with us and he's driving me batty. My chocolate lab is very laid back so I'm not used to such an uptight little beast, and I mean beast! He's apparently very territorial and has attacked my sweet dog twice today.....if only my dog knew she was ten times his size and could squash him like a bug...but no, she just cowers behind me because she's such a sweetie and won't fight back. Anytime anyone moves an inch, the daschund starts running around in circles barking like a lunatic......my SIL said it's because he's getting used to 'new territory' and this should subside by the time we go to bed tonight.....I certainly hope so, I just can't take much more of his shrill little barking......oh no, he's started again, give me strength....

Well, we've just finished our hot chocolate and a few Cadbury bars. Didn't make it to Blockbuster today so haven't tried a yummy Wonka bar yet.

[color=33FF00]Depplyinluv[/color], Don't sweat your DB... I went out with a girl in college whose parents sided with her DB so much that he actually took a knife and cut off the tip of her thumb. She actually had to drive herself the 45 minute ride to the hospital to have it re-attached. I never heard all of the details, and I know first hand how angry she could make someone, but that seemed a bit excessive. He had the Basketball games today, and 'rents tend to see those as commitments.

What kind of surgery did your stepmom have, how is she...PD to her, and I encourage you to have a little extra good attitude while she is not her best. It will be noticed even if they won't admit it.

A very early good morning from England. I'm up early as the cats were scratching the door to go out and I couldn't get back to sleep. Plus I have to be up early tomorrow for work again so I thought I better get back in to practice!!

Lewski I think I have missed some of the details about your little one. How long ago was he exposed to the pox? I think I was told that the incubation period is 19 to 21 days, something like that. Please don't fuss at me everybody, but if I lived close enough I'd be over at your house rubbing Ella up against your kid. <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_6_2.gif' border=0></a> Daniel had the pox when he was 6 and Holly got it three weeks later, she was 14 months. I am so glad they had it and we don't have to worry about the shot. If Ella doesn't have a documented case by the time she starts school, they will give her the shot<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_2_1.gif' border=0></a>. Anyway, whatever he has, I know his mommy is giving him extra love and care and lots of cuddle time. That is the best medicine after all. Pixie dust for all you guys!

Including your pig! So, how long have you had the pig? We were told at the pet store they don't ever sell any males. The males are only used for breeding and they don't bring them into the stores so they don't have to worry about them breeding when they don't want them to. Anyway, we adopted a guinea pig in Oct. She's Holly's pet. She's banging on her water bottle right now and I'm waiting and hoping that someone else is going to go in there and fill it up. Holly's still in bed though....

Had lots of fun at Disney on Ice last night. A little disappointed though. It was called Jungle Adventures which was to include Jungle Book, Tarzan and Lion King. We were most of all interested in Lion King, then Tarzan and Jungle Book was a distant 3rd. Well, Jungle Book was most of the show! They went through the whole story, almost verbatim, on ice! I'm sorry folks, don't fuss at me here either, Jungle Book is just about my least favorite Disney movie. Needless to say, it was a let down. But, Ella absolutely loved it and it justified my need to get her to Disney World soon!

[color=33FF00]Depplyinluv[/color], you, girlfriend, are absolutely, positively right about the mail carrier taking your magazine. I get a magazine called ABC Soaps in Depth that used to always come by Fri., sometimes even Thurs. Now I don't get it until Tues. I know our mail lady is reading it and giving it back. Know how I know? It's always in the mailbox on top of our mail, outside of the rubberband. Not mixed in with the rest of the stuff. Ticks me off, but she is such a nice lady, gets out of her car to bring packages up to our porch, come rain, snow, you know the saying. Anyway, my Entertainment Weekly came yesterday, I'll share it with you. What do you need to know?

Cheeringmom, if you wanted to do a long weekend getaway in October, I'd be your roommate! We could go for three nights on Columbus weekend. Can you imagine telling friends and family "I'm going to Disneyworld." -- "Really, with who?" -- "Oh, just some crazies I met on the internet." Seriously, I'd consider going if I had a trip buddy. DH is always telling me I should do something for myself. Well, here it is.

On another subject. When I was about 12, my brother bought me a guinea pig for Christmas (Hotsie the sneezer -- as in "Hotsie, mein Shotsie!"). One evening we brought her downstairs and my mother was holding her and said, "Boy, she is getting fat." Then the guinea pig proceeded to pee on her--well, we thought she pee'd on her. A couple hours later, I went upstairs and there were three guinea pigs. (She had broken her water--not pee'd.) We never knew she was pregnant. Anyway, they are born with all their fur and already had their cowlicks, and they were all cleaned up. Hence, the story of Hotsie, Potsie and Shotsie.
