Yea, that is a nice thought. Not in this case, though. This young woman is the most manipulative, hateful person I have ever known. Actually, she is about the only person I would honestly call "hateful". We talk a lot about "Nancy-pants" & how she drives us crazy, but this girl is different. She has done many things throughout her life that would shock you guys. What is scary is that most of the things were not in order for her to gain anything, they were just mean things done to hurt people. Either that, or to somehow put the attention on her. Here is a quick example of the latter: On DSIL's wedding day back in December, she waited until the morning of the wedding to call her dad (DSIL & DH's step-dad) to tell him she was pregnant. Not only that, they don't have insurance (this is their 3rd kid), blah blah, tears & more tears. I really don't dislike her, though. I feel sorry for her. I wish she could see that she would be a much happier person if she didn't live her life trying to make other people hurt. Oh well, as I said, it's going to be an interesting evening.

I'm off to watch GH. I've got beer cheese & Ritz crackers. I also have left over brownies w/mini-peanut butter cups baked in.....Enjoy everyone!!

I just got home and checked my work email.. and found an email from the VP Sales telling us that the exec's haven't finished our comp plan for the year, so we won't be getting the Jan commission check at the end of this month... I am really angry..
Bet they still get paid... what are we supposed to do ??? VENT!!!!

I think I will dive into the vat of chocolate now...see ya later!!

Good evening guys,
DH and I have just got in from our friends house (eeyorewood, they post on the dis from time to time.) We had dinner there and chatted a little about our trip to DLP with them. I need to phone the California Grill in the Disneyland hotel tomorrow to make a PS We plan to go into Paris as well for a day or too which should be fun. DH and I have been a few times as has one of our friends but the other has not. I'll start getting excited about it though when we start our Easter break from school. We go back on Monday for 6 weeks and then have another 2 off.
Sill question but what exactly is a Wonker Bar? We don't have them here in England or the other chocolate bar you guys talk about (can't remember the name!)

Danauk, These are Wonka Bars. They are Nephosaurus's favorite chocolate bar because Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is his favorite movie. He has a huge stash of them hidden somewhere in the TAGLIARCHY and often shares them with us.

I had a Wonka Bar this evening. I had to search high and low for them, but I did find them. BLOCKBUSTER. I think the other one I had was fresher, Nephosaurus. This one was not as delicious, yet still a Wonka Bar and chocolate is good!

As far as the move, HOLY COW...........I can't believe we are ALREADY on page 96. Majestic Thanks again for the info on WL....it does sound like a taker and my DS9 and I have almost decided on a date. Unfortunately we can't go next Oct when the rest of you are planning to meet but we'll probably go the week after Thanksgiving.....we went at the same time many years ago and there were almost no waits for the rides and we still got to enjoy the Christmas decorations!

Well, DS9's basketball team lost yet ANOTHER game tonight and he's pretty down in the mouth although it's almost

Hi guys and gals. For anybody who's still up....Ive brought back some kettle corn from the horse show today....very fresh and yummy. I had a 'carbs allowed' day today.....devine polish sausage on a very fresh roll, half a chocolate ice cream cone, some kettle corn and after we left the horse show, a nice dirty martini to wash away the dust ! I feel SO decadant...hope I don't regret it tomorrow.

Anyone miss me? Probably not; you all have been so chatty the past few days and there is no way in heck I will catch up on everything! I can't sit here for the hours needed to read all the threads I missed.

Sorry I have not popped in for hellos, but I have had a rough week. The pain and numbness in my legs is incredible now even with highly effective pain killers (Rush's friend). I had another MRI on Wed and some spine xrays today. The workman's comp representative that I talk with everytime I go in mentioned that now my position can be given to another RN (hire into my position) and then at 12 months, I could be terminated. Well, right then at the T word, the cell phone rang about my 9 year old not at school (hello! she was dropped off by me!), I freaked and left without going into what termination meant and if it was under the final decision of the hospital or just at the discretion of the supervisor, etc. Well, the school made an error with attendance (yeah, a big one!), but I did not get back with workmans comp and it spiraled my depression into the pits of h**l. I could not stop crying. Anyhoo, another nurse I worked with went to my supervisor (I had called my supervisor and she had not called back) and my supervisor said that absolutely no way would that happen, etc. It has taken me a few days to feel better from that deep depression, and I am almost back.

Okay, I rambled, but had to share. I don't know what is going to happen with my back right now. The pain anesthesiologist told me that as soon as I get the okay to see him again, he will get me in the next day. I would rather go that direction than have a discectomy by the neurosurgeon. I can't stand the idea of my bare body on the bed. That freaks me out even though I deal with that daily while working in the Operating Room when I am healthy.

I am sorry I gabbed too much. I had to tell someone. Thanks for listening and I hope to keep up with all your fun again!

If you don't want to meet at GG, there is a good steak place in Canada, Good Buffet in Germany, Hibachi Grill in Tokyo, Belly Dancers in......better not go to Morocco...Afterwards, there is F&W on the International Gateway. We could also meet, and set up another time so that the families can meet up (after you accidentally run into us and find out we are nice folk-hold the chainsaw)

My personality is a "Bridge type", I have a strong retail sales background, so I get along with most people. I am sure we will all get along perfectly well. Especially when you all see how very much in love my wife and I are.
