The Sand bar menu looks great is that part of the dining plan? Thanks.

I am pretty sure it is. My family always books with the DDP, my brother stayed at the CR on our last vacation and he was always eating the burgers from there...he's cheap so he wouldn't have spent any extra money on food that wasn't on the DDP.

Hi, everyone. Those pictures I posted were COPIED from the last CR thread. They are laura001's pictures. Please PM her for more pictures. Thanks!

We just booked a last minute stay at CR for tomorrow (eek!) on the Atriumclub level and when I read through this thread did I understand/read it correctly that we won't check-in at the main lobby but will have bell services take us to the club 12th floor check-in?
Thank you all for this thread - it was great to see all the pictures and now I'm so excited to go to the CR!

Have a great time and when you arrive tomorrow be sure to tell the Cast Members in the bell stand inside the lobby that your staying on the 12th floor. They will then get a bellman who will take your luggage and you up to the 12th floor so you can check-in up there.

Denise - That is awesome news. Thank god you won't have to lug your stuff around.

emmiesmom - Have an awesome trip - Can't wait to hear all about it.

I was just thinking for those of you with kids staying at CR. Dare I ask about the stroller situation. Do you have to fold it up to get on the monorail. Also how is travel to the Downtown Disney and AK with taking the bus?

I am not sure if guests are allowed to do this, but I have seen them take the elevator by the arcade up to the Monorail station. The reason why I say I am not sure if it's allowed is because it was made for guests in wheelchairs and ecv's. As for folding them on the Monorail whenever we have been on there and a guest brought one on, I think they did not end up folding them.

Taking a bus to the Animal Kingdom is not bad, however I have found Downtown Disney to be the worst. It's because of that my family and I always take our car when going to Donwtown Disney, which has saved us a lot of time.

Just take the stroller up the elevator as strollers are not allowed on the escalator. You do not have to fold them to ride. My DS uses a stroller as a wheelchair. They have taken the middle section out of the monorail cars so there is more space now. The only time you would need to fold it is if the monorail cars are packed. As far as AK goes, we had good luck with the bus last time. If you have an early ADR before park opening or close to it, you are better off taking the bus. For DTD, I would go to the TTC to get a bus there or spend a few dollars on a taxi if you don't have your car.

Well we might see you there we are checking in with our twin girls (almost 3years old) on May 3rd and will be there until May 9th.

Congratulations on getting that extra night at the CR!!!

Has anyone ever booked and had a confirmation of a MK view in the tower and when you arrived they tried to place you in a Bay Lake view?

No, just heading there in a few weeks and we have a ressie in the tower with a MK view and am hoping that they don't try telling us that they don't have the room available and try to make us settle for the Bay lake view.
If you have a reservation for a Magic Kingdom view then that is the view you should be getting. Now there may have been the odd post where someones reservation was messed up at check-in, however that rarely ever happens. On the 0.01% chance there is a problem tell them you want what you paid for or a significant upgrade at the Contemporary or another WDW Resort to make up for their mistake.

We were only staying 2 nights at CR TMKV 4/26 & 4/27, for my DD's birthday--because 4/25 was booked.

Well, I just added 4/25, with the room only code rate for MKV! No resort/room switching!!!
