Right now the location would be the Tempo Grab & Go, however by October their new counter service location which is to be called Chef Mickey's Express will open and should have a bigger breakfast menu.
Here is a picture of the Tempo Grab & Go menu threw Allearsnet.com that shows what they sell during breakfast hours.
No. The location doesn't have any kind of grill or ovens. Might be worth a monorail ride to Captain Cooks at the Poly or Gaspys at the GF. You could buy extra, keep them in the fridge in your room, and heat them up in the microwave at TGG. If you go before June 1st you can get a hot b'fast at Concourse Steak House. Also there is In Room Dining and of course Chef Mickeys.
Since Chef Mickey's Express is replacing the Food & Fun Center, I think it's safe to assume they would have a bigger and better selection of breakfast choices. They would be a full service location unlike the Tempo Grab & Go which is limited by their menu.
I thought it's like an egg burrito. Someone here had one and didn't like it very much. CME will be a full-service CS with grill, etc. It'll be great once all the moving and construction are done.

Since the Concourse Steakhouse is closing June 1st and they will get right on turning it into Chef Mickey's Express, I would think it will be open by October.
I haven't stayed here since I was a kid, but I just have to say the rooms look great. CR will always have a special place in my heart. I just remember being so fascinated with the Monorail going through the hotel. And by the game room, they had a little movie theater and we'd sit there and watch Disney movies like "Love Bug" for hours. lol.
Anyway, maybe we'll try CR out sometime in the future.
I'm booked in the Garden wing for early may and I've been trying to figure out from the resort photos whether the frequent walk from my room the tower is going to be a major hassle. I requested a room close to the tower but who knows how that will go. If I end up way at the other end, will I be wishing I had sprung for tower room?
We have ADR's at Trail's End at 4:50. I know we can take the boat over to Fort Wilderness and was wondering how late it runs in the evening so we can get back. This is for next Friday. (3/21)

This is the sign posted over at Wilderness Lodge a few months ago since the time change the hours may have also changed. Check with the Captian of the Blue Flag Boat on your trip over.
Food and Fun Center (Contemporary Resort) will remain closed until approximately 8/14/08. A temporary counter service location (Tempo Grab and Go) is open near the Outer Rim Lounge on the 4th Floor.
Concourse Steakhouse (Contemporary Resort) is expected to close permanently 5/31/08. A table service location called The Wave will open in the old Food and Fun Center location at that time. A new counter service restaurant will open in the old Concourse Steakhouse location approximately 8/14/08.
Hopefully what I just posted is true because my family and I are arriving to WDW on August 18th, which means Chef Mickey's Express will have been open for 4 days. However if it's not open by then nothing we can do about it, so it won't be the worst thing in the world.
It depends because everyone will have different experiences with the Disney buses. You get lucky and have little or no waits, or you could be waiting 20 or more minutes each time. So it's 50/50 everytime.
Okay, I have 10 days until my dream vacation to the Contemporary tower - theme park view and I have one silly question. Do they have coffee filters in the room or do I have to pack some?
I saw the info on the new restaurant The Wave. Does anyone know when it opens and what type of food it will serve? We are going mid November and hoping to try something new!!!
Also does anyone know where the laundry facilities are located I cant seem to find them on the map. Are they convienient to the pool? If I throw in a load and do some swimming?
