Welcome to the new argument free American Idol Discussion thread. The other one was very long and since it was getting a tad crazy over there I figured I'd start a new one.

Lets discuss our favorites and those we love to hate without insulting eachother in the process because remember as much as we love it , it's just a TV show afterall.

I'm with you, palmtreegirl, we must agree to disagree and allow everyone their own opinions.

Everyone likes different things, it's okay to disagree. Insulting someone elses tastes and preferences turns this from a discussion to a debate!

I enjoy Gloria...she has some great songs. The girls should do much better on these songs then the 2 guys.

I saw Jennifer on Seacrest, and she did say that about her and George, she was tearing up talking about him. It was really sweet. She also explained her shocked look, she said she was so shocked because LaToya and Fantasia were in the bottom 3. She seems to be a huge fan of Fantasia. She actually came off as really nice and sincere.

I'm not a huge latin music fan - the only Gloria Estefan songs I can think of off the top of my head are:

I also saw Jennifer on Seacrest and have a very different opinion of her. I think she is very sincere and very grateful. I thought it was really nice how she spoke of George and the friendship that they share.

She also did a duet with Barry Manilow....they surprised her with the opportunity and she did well....

I also thought she explained the look of shock on her face when it was announced that they were the bottom 3. It was posted that LaToya waved George over to their group and that Jennifer stood in a state of shock....she didn't hesitate at all to explain that was because Fantasia and Latoya were in the botom 3...she said she was used to being there but was really surprised about the other 2.

That's cute about Jennifer and George, I always thought she seemed really sincere on the show and didn't take herself too seriously which I liked.
