Ohhhhhh.... THAT 60 seconds. I thought maybe you were only giving me 60 seconds to respond or sumpin'.

GATHP!! You'll be able to wait until FRIDAY!?!? OMG! NOOOO!!!! I'll be waiting at my Hallmark's door when they open at 9 tomorrow. Well.... maybe 9:20. It's a 20 min. drive and all, soooo... gotta give myself travel time. 'Course.... I don't HAVE to be up early tomorrow, so actually 10:00 would probably be okay... then again I've always thought 10:30 was a nice time of the day. But then... if I went at ELEVEN, well... that's virtually lunch time, THEN I could also turn it into a lunch date with a friend or something... Ah heck with it. I'll get there before they close.

Well, maybe if I get my housework done early, I could pop over to Hallmark....but then if they don't have them, I will be so disappointed!!

Good Morning!

Wanted to say a quick hey while I had a chance. I start babysitting again this morning. Not sure if/when I'll get back on.

Went out to buy the stuff for Jonathan's camp outing. YIKES! I never knew it could be so hard to find pj's for someone, either. We went all over town to find a pair. Sheesh!

Julian goes to the doctor this a.m. to see if his throat infection cleared up. He is supposed to get a referral to an ENT today about getting his tonsils out. Wah!

Well, gotta run. Baby should be here soon!

I hope you guys can find the charms at Hallmark. I have had zero luck at ours around here. Absolutely none of them have them but considering they are all kind of privately run that is probably why.

Sherry, I do hope everything goes well with Julian this morning. I always hate hearing of the young ones getting sick.

That brings me to you Michele, glad to hear things went well... but so sorry to hear Regan was sick. Is she feeling better now? Oh and we leave presents at home all the time I prefer shipping or only going down the road to deliver

Wow!! I'm the first one up in the Lodge this morning!! Ya'll must still be on vaca........I'm at work But I was good and did my swimming this morning, so I'm pretty awake now. Still sucking on the ole Starbucks cup, though.

Didn't dream about bracelets, but am sure thinking about them now. I think I will surf the 'net for a bit and see what I can find.

Ok! That's it! I am going to go to the bracelet site, and you all know darn well that I am going to get hooked just like the rest of you! I had a charm bracelet many years ago that I just loved. Don't have it any more....(long/short type story = ex-husband).

KinkyKim, thanks for the site. I am going to check my Hallmark for the cream (and other stuff they make) on Wednesday. Ohh, maybe my Hallmark has the charms too!

Spent the weekend in front of the fireplace, Christmas tree lit, crocheting, drinkin gingerbread tea and watching movies on TV with hubby. Ahhhh, was so warm and cozy and relaxing.

Beth sheepishly tosses the bugle back into its case and tap dances her way across the room to the closet. Dragging out a large box, she reaches in and pulls out a megaphone and slightly off-key, begins to belt out "Gotta Dance" all the while tap-tap--tapping around the room wildly.

Good Morning....almost afternoon everyone!! I just realized, I caught up with everything and forgot to post this morning.

Cleaning day was started this morning....but I just heard dh and dd planning a trip to Great Lakes Crossing. It's sort of an outlt Mall (if I remeber correctly) and they have play area in the food court and a mini indoor amusement park AND a Rainforest Cafe. An all day event (plus and HOUR from my house) so I guess cleaning gets put on hold and a shower needs to be had......

If I'm out....everyone have a good afternoon.

Truthfully, I really do hope you feel better. I am soooo lucky. I only get about 4 headaches a year, very mild and they only last about an hour or so. But I see Beth took good care of you on another post.

Yawn/stretch, etc.... Well... killed my third army of ants this morning. This morning, they decided the kitchen would be fun to investigate... yesterday it was up here in the computer room. Guess the endless days of rain is bringing them in. They're the teeny weeny little black dudes... anybody have any experience getting rid of these nasty little critters?

Wow.... it sounds like a lot of YaYas have a day of shopping ahead of them. Me too. Heading off to do some Christmas gift returning and then some Yankee candle and charm shopping. By the way... good luck to all new Italian charm bracelet converts!! I think ya'll will really have fun with them!

Um, are the charms in the shower? Did the ants carry them in there or sumpin'? I'm confused...

Speaking of ants, I have a one word answer: Raid. You may need to find where they're coming in from the outside, tho. Give them a good spraying where you find them & that should deter them (both inside and out). Also, spray around window frames & doors. You could get some of the ant traps too. Those worked for us when we were attacked by sugar ants long, long ago. Just put em in the cabinets or corners & the ants will disappear.

I am really a wooooooooooooooonderful boss. What, just because they can't take off 360 days a year, come in late 3 or 4 times a week, that makes me mean??!! Sometimes I think I should have a teaching degree, since this is like taking care of a kindergarten at times. Only difference, I don't get summers off or a spring break.

I agree with Jay. Those flatish black ant traps are great! I use them indoor and out in the landscaping.

And yes Jay, Kim took her "charms" into the shower.
