I can't believe how hot it is here now. All the years we planned Ashli's party to be outside it ended up being the coldest windy day ever. Now we have inside parties and it is up in the 80's. I just can't win.

Better than I thought it might. He gave me kudos for multiple areas that I thought I might be a bit weak in. He gave an overall very good rating, but also said that he has no idea if there will be any raises or bonuses this year. I've never received a bonus in my life, so no biggee there. Plus, in moving to the new position, I got a pretty substantial raise last year, so I really don't expect much this year, but I certainly won't turn it down, if offered!

I know what you mean! We've been in the low 80's here for the last few days! If we are this hot already, I wonder what the summer will bring.

That does sound like fun. I remember we had those when I was in school. It was so funny to see your goofy teachers running around.
Hope they make a lot of money for their trip. Where are they planning on going?
I do prefer to know where I stand. Now I just have to sit down and develop some goals and training ideas for this year. We have to have one hard skill and one soft skill class or training session per quarter, and we have to work out our goals with our manager. Not too bad.
