Not easy to explain, its been like that all day. I think the poor judge may be having nightmares asking why was I given this. And why do I need to tell an attorney how to do his job and keep repeating the word no and what do you not understand.

In a hole? Well, Not sure if its a hole. I am laughing now at this question. Lets just say the man used an opening statement that makes no sense what so ever. Alot of witnesses are asking him to go through stuff because he is making no sense. And basically threw everyone under the bus all but his client.
