This Paula Deen Peach Cobbler was pretty darned good. Not sure if it would translate to apples but it was good we'll be eating it for the next two nights!

I just googled it. Is this one of those upsidedown recipe's where the topping rises to the top during the cooking process?

Yes, it actually enveloped the peaches so they had pastry all around, it was slightly crunchy on top. : We have 2/3 of it left!

The Estate Sale started about 2 1/2 hours ago. Evidently they sold the dining room chandelier cause they called to verify they could sell it.
