Reporting back like I said I would. The owner of my pending contract appears to just be a regular person and not an LLC. But I also don't know that they necessarily have anything to do with all the contracts that have gone up recently. Mine could be a one-off.

Seems like you may not have gotten one of theirs. The normal for these has been stripped of points until 2026.

Ohhh yeah that would be good to see how many they own. @Pyxie I actually do this for all contracts I buy because I am super nosey . But also to make sure all is legit.

It all depends on people’s usage and size of contracts. We have a total of 8 contracts (just under 1500 points) and have never even given our points to friends/family let alone rented them.

I think some of them are contracts he's actually sold off, but he is the owner still on quite a few.

I pulled my deed and of course there is not much blur at all... go figure.

I wonder if it's the same guy my recent AUL-S contract came from. He seems to have at least a dozen, but also appears to flip them on a pretty regular basis.

I'll probably end up with about 8, but still only 4 resorts (maybe 5 if i ever add Aulani), & no contract more than 75 & still less than 300 points total.

That’s a lot in closing costs for those small contracts.

But you don’t get the closing costs back if you sell…. it just helps them to sell more quickly.
