Just checked out yesterday after staying at POP for 2 weeks (in the best room ever - 6434 top floor, corner room, lake view, no pool noise, fireworks views from the parks). During our stay, we did a couple of loads of laundry in the laundry room at the Hippy Dippy Pool area. One lady had to call a CM for help when the large load washer (there's only one, and it looks different from the others) locked up at the end of the cycle and wouldn't release the door so she could take her clothes out. The CM came in, looked at it, and said, "Yep, the sensor on this one locks up once in a while. There's nothing we can do about it except wait for it to release. We've had it serviced, but it just has a mind of its own." When she asked for a time frame (5 minutes? 30 minutes? tomorrow?), all he said was, "I can't tell you how long. It seems to be different each time." She even tried unplugging it, and it didn't help. She was forced to stand by and wait...and wait....and wait some more. After 30 minutes, the door finally released and she took her clothing out.
Do you know which one? We are leaving to go on a cruise. we plan to leave around 9 o'clock. I thought I would do a load of laundry in the morning before we leave. that would be a tragedy if that happened!!!! Only the large ones it happened to???

The moral of this story is to use the large load washer at your own risk!
