Just a quick update on my training this week...
Monday: Approx. 7 Mile bike and 30 minute pilates
Tuesday: 60 Minute Pilates class; 4 Mile Easy Run (pace avg. near 10:30). It was HOT HOT HOT!!!
Of course...didn't help that I went out there at 1 pm to do it
. But...need to get the run in and if that's the only time I can do it...so be it. The weather really wasn't that bad. It only affected me in the final mile...the first 3 were a nice pace under 10:15 each mile.
Wednesday: 60 Minute Pilates class. I would love to bike today..but the weather is very bad around here (storms, rain, etc). So it looks like I'll be doing a 30 minute Ski Machine at some point this afternoon. Just have to work it around my chiro appointment and kids' stuff.
Upcoming week looks like this...
Thurs: 4 mile tempo run; 30 minute pilates
Fri: 60 minute pilates; 10-12 mile bike (hopefully)
Sat: rest day??
Sun: 7 Mile Run
