I have decided that I am going to win the lottery...it has many merits:

1. Quitting my job, thus not required to go to work on Monday morning!
2. Paying for all my friends to go on a B2B cruise..( 2- 7 day ones!!)
3. Staying many days at WDW in the WL Yosemite suite..

Good plan?? Ok..I will call you all on Wednesday morning when I win!!

Is it 120 days or 102? I think my dyslexia struck...anyway..100 odd days for suite guest, 90 for the Castaway members, 75 for the rest...(ONLY IF PAID IN FULL)
If you don't get those days, you knock people over and crawl over them at embarkment to get to the Rockin Bar D (Wavebands)

Actually, I've been at work today...now just checking in...chatting via email w/ Tracy at DU about STUFF....she's got a hold on our cabin for us 'till the 22nd while we think about what to do! So the sun was out here in Maryland today & it was 59 degrees! Calling for 70 on Sat. Astrological Spring starts tonight...me thinks it's almost time to switch to my "summer drinks" (Mojitos & Margaritas or M & M's for short)!!!! Anybody else with me on that one?!

With the new airport secuity rules do you guys pack your beverage of choice in your checked baggage or do you rent cars & go to the liquor store in FL before you board or how do you do that these days? I packed a couple of bottles in my carry-on the last time we cruised & again last summer when we went to Hawaii - but that was all before they changed the rules - can't do that now I was thinking about packing smaller pint sized bottles in bubble wrap inside zip lock bags...rolled up inside a towel or something.... Any other ideas floating out there?! Gotta take care of the important stuff first! DH drinks beer - don't think that would travel so well tho...not to mention being heavy...

for the last cruise we shipped 2 cases of wine. Guess we won't be doing that again (maybe if it comes straight from a local store, IDS will make an exception ) otherwise we will do what we did for our Orlando trip last summer. To quote the video:

DH is a beer drinker, too. I like my kind of wine (without spending kids' college fund). Don't drink many froo-froo drinks. Betsy, can you bring a blender? I'm thinkin' margys before dinna!

We could have a contest to see who makes the best margys. Full cup tasting, no wimpy sips!

actually...I am a bad mommy..she has been wanting to do it for weeks and I have been putting it off...so it is due tomorrow and she was trying to get it together this morning..I felt so bad..I cried on the way to work because I let her down...so I got the stuff today and we finished it...thank the lord, cause the mommy guilt was KILLING me!

Happy Spring, everyone!

I'm a bit late, but had to add, that I'm routing for Ian/Cheryl too. He did better than I expected. Joey was great, but, he definitely has the advantage with his background. I thought Billy Ray would have been much better than he was. That was pretty sad.

As for bringing drinks on board, we will probably go to WDW for a couple days before the cruise and take a town car from there. So we will do a grocery stop on the way to get some drinks. On our last cruise we drove down to FL so that was easy.

Don't do it!

Betsy had it right! You get more bang for your buck by renting points and using the cash for paying for your cruise. Check out the rent trade board and see what kind of cash you could get for the amount of points that it takes to cruise. It is definitely a better way to go about it. You will keep more of your points that way. JMHO!
