Stupid question here. How, exactly, do I clear out my PM box? After I read and respond, I delete them. Does that clean out my box. I only have 7 messages showing, but my computer is telling me that I have 79 stored. Stored where? In delete? Anyone help, please?

I SOOO understand the book thing. We haven't been to the library since before our trip on 11/23 and I've read through all of the books my grandma brought to me in early November as well. I have been scrounging for the last few days. Luckily, I came across the book written by the founder of Give Kids the World (where most Make a Wish families stay in Orlando). It is a great book so far, but there's no way it will last me more than a few days. Guess we're hitting the library this weekend. With the sun setting so early it's too dark and cold to walk the 20 minutes each way to and from the library by the time I sign off of work at 5:00. Any recommendations of things to read?

I'm just finishing the most amazing book EVER. It's called "Wild Swans: 3 daughters of China". It is written by Jung Chang. Usually I don't like non-fiction, but this reads like a novel. It is the story of her grandmother, mother and herself as they experience China under Mao. Absolutely amazing! It will really make you realize how much we take for granted here in America. I totally recommend reading it! It's not something that I would ever have picked, but our book club voted on it, and I'm glad we did.

Another one I really like is called "The Eyre Affair" by Jasper Fford. It is kind of surreal, but if you are into books, you'll love it!

I could go on and on about some wonderful books. Our book club has read some amazing things, and some not so amazing things!

Amy, how are you feeling? My second trimester was my "sick" time when I was pregnant with Kyle.

I'm hoping the second trimester will be better, because I've been really nauseous morning, noon, and night these past six weeks or so. Anything and everything causes me to have gagging spells, but luckily I haven't actually lost my lunch (or dinner) too often. I also caught some bug about three weeks ago that I just can't kick completely and my nasal drainage is causing more queasiness. Hope that's not TMI!

The newest thing though, is I've had a nasty metallic taste in my mouth for three days. Anybody else ever experience that?

I saw it, too, and my first thought was, "If only we had a little more money, that's what I would get Kate!" The thought was there even if the money isn't.

the thing about the Disneyland resorts is that they "cost" a lot more points than the DVC resorts - I will go check out how many points it is to stay there and let you know

Do you have the dragon that goes with the castle? I am dying to get it for Terra's birthday, but can't find it. I did get the carriage. Of course, I also found out about the pirate ship so now I need that too.

Between Target and Toys R Us, my dad managed to find all five sets, so we have dragons, unicorns, horses, you name it!

If you can't find them at the store, you can buy them directly from Fisher Price too. Not as cheap as Target, but they have really fast shipping.
