We bought our CD at the gift shop at GF, on the last night of our trip. They also sell the CD at County Bounty in Toontown at MK and the Epcot photo place, but the lines are always long at those locations, so I highly recommend a trip to GF! Kate has a link where you can also buy the CD online too, but you can't add any borders or character autographs (which are on our CD but not on the link I posted).
Mike and Sully appear at their garage across from the ABC Commissary at MGM. They aren't listed on the Times Guide, but they appear pretty regularly throughout the day. No autographs though.
Yes, Donald and Daisy appeared by the trailor next to JoJo and Goliath (and across from Sorcerer Mickey) on Mickey Ave. at MGM. Again, they're not listed on the times guide, and we've seen other characters there as well, so I hope they're still appearing for you in October. That was our only Daisy siting!
Epcot got rid of the character bus
and they have a new place set up for meet and greets called Character Connection. It's across from Innoventions West. On our first trip there we met: Mickey, Pluto, Minnie, Chip and Dale, Donald, and Goofy. On our second trip, we saw: Mickey, Pluto, Minnie, Chip and Dale, Gideon and Robin Hood. It's great that the characters are stationed continuously from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. but what I loved about the bus was the variety of characters. It was cool to find Robin Hood there on our second trip. We also saw Robin Hood in Town Square at MK and Chip and Dale at MK and AK, so you should find them all pretty easily.
Astronaut Mickey and Goofy appear pretty sporadically at Mission Space at Epcot. They hide off to the left and you literally have to walk all the way down there to see if they are there. Luckily we found them on our second try! I can't believe Goofy actually picked Alyssa up!!!

The tornado ended up destroying houses further down our street in Blue Ash, which is lucky for us, since it took him so long to convince me to go to the basement.

Thanks for the info about the CD at the GF. That gift shop got ALL of our money in December. I added some borders there for our photopass pics, so I know exactly where it is.
