Jennifer, :wizard: that Virginia's next blood draw is better.
And way to go Olivia on being such a big girl for your shot.
:cheer2:

:yay: glad you like them. I thought the gel globe was cool, never seen an ornament like that before. The Pooh pens are new (and gel) , I just opened them so they would fit into the mitten.

Olivia tried to claim them too. The snow globe one is very cool. I had looked at the snow globe ones at target but they are glass I believe. This one is much better as I will have little hands for several years helping hang ornaments on are tree. I love the Minnie Magnet. Olivia loves the Aurora Pin. I Have seen the Playing cards before. Had thought about getting Olivia the Ariel ones.

Ann Marie, sorry to hear that the Disney funk has set in.

Thanks Heidi. I hope it is better. I need my milk to come in. I hope she does not end up on photo therapy. Or that the Dr.. does not want me to supplement.

That is why I got the ornaments I did. No glass for the kids to get cut on.

Here is an eBay listing that has the "universal keeper" I just bought:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Disney-Pin-Trad...goryZ143QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I swear I only paid about $5 for it (I know I paid cash, and I wouldn't have parted with much more than that). I think the one like you found Elizabeth was about $7. I see from the Disney Pins site that that one isn't slated to be out until November, but I would bet that is the one I saw at WoD. I like the "Where the Magic Lives" tagline - I would have never considered something with the date or the "YOMD" on it, as it all gets dated so quickly.

I just bought this yesterday and paid $4 for it if I remember correctly. I'll have to go check the receipt. ETA: Yep, price tag is still on it. $4 is what it was new at the Disney Pin place in DTD.

We're home. However, our luggage still hasn't arrived and there is no status on the baggage status sight. Not good! We missed our connecting flight yesterday but got on a later one. We were only about an hour later than the original arrival time. We had a wonderful time.

Same thing happened to us...out of 3 bags, NONE of them were there after the flight. I was really upset because we used resort airline check in. Now I will always be nervous about using it. The bags did however get delivered to out house the next day.

I'm just hoping they eventually arrive. It really concerns me that there is no info on the status check site. How can they not know where they are?

We've used resort check-in for the last 3 or 4 trips and not had a problem.

vicki I hope your luggage shows up soon. glad you had a good trip.

We had an absolute fabulous trip. I have to say that there is only two things better than being at Disney. 1) Being at Disney and meeting other wonderful Disney friends. 2) Planning our next trip while being at Disney.

Us too and we're still at the airport waiting to get our flight home!!!

wah, wah, wah, wah.:sad1: :sad1:

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your milk. With Katie, she was jaundiced, because my milk was not coming in. She lost almost 2 pounds in the first 4 days we had her home. Literally, she was starving to death! I was never so grateful for formula!!! I was able to get my milk to come in, but if I hadn't supplemented, Katie would have been in real trouble.

I never had any trouble with any of the other kids. Just Katie. I should have known, then, that she would be my problem child!

Welcome home, Vicki and Chuck!!! Did you guys have a nice time?

Here's the latest update:

Aidan's CO2 level dropped 10 points and is at his normal level. We just got the call that he is being released!

I have goose bumps just typing this!

That is the best news!!!!

Here is the latest update on Rees. I copied this from the CB. Sounds like this could be it! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

OK - please bear with me if I make a mistake, I was writing as fast as Denise was talking.

They are going to admit Rees, they are currently in the ER but will be admitted as soon as possible. They wanted to send them home with the idea that more Previcid was the answer. Denise stood firm and absolutely wouldn't budge. She made some phone calls and by the grace of God the GI team came down (the ones she's been waiting on!) and nearly immediately wanted him admitted. The game plan right now is:

tomorrow he is going to have endoscopic surgery where they go into his small intestine through his mouth so that they can biopsy an area of the bowel that is swollen and inflamed. I believe the word she used is "jujunitis" or something like that. If they can't successfully do an endoscopic surgery, they will wait 24 hours and then have to do a laproscopic surgery. The GI team is the team that is now in charge and will be doing the biopsys. Needless to say this is good news - at least competence has returned!

She has seen a patient advocate who listened to everything that Denise told her and promptly gave her her private cell phone number. So it sounds like things are progressing. She wanted to personally thank all of you for patiently listening to her vent and for all of your prayers. Her blackberry is about out of power and she can't answer everyone right now. So collectively lets get some positive thinking heading down to Georgia so that Rees can get better. Thanks everybody.

How true!!!

I cried yesterday on Magical Express as we exited the property. Seeing that arch on the other side of the highway, knowing I'm leaving instead of arriving, makes me so sad.

Sorry Vicki and Kristine. It sounds like a lot of us had either plane or luggage problems.
