He was working on the treadmill and had a massive heart attack. 47. In their home. Leaves a wife and three small children - all home, all witnessed their father's death. Pray for the survivors. They need it.

OMG - ME ME ME ME!

Pecan Pie is my absolute favorite - oh - maybe not - I wonder how many weight watchers points one pie is!!

Flight looks pretty empty. It was at $270 last week. I can't seem to get times to work for me on UAL.

Are your dates still 12/1-12/10? You might want to hold out and see if they bring back that $184 fare that so much of December is at with them....

Good morning DDA! I hope everyone has sun, and I hope your snow is melting because ours isn't and it's still cold.

I'm off to take my nursing finals! I'm sooooo not prepared, but I should still pass the classes, which is all I care about at this point. I'm so ready to be done! I didn't study except for like an hour though last night because there's some garbage to sort through with my in-law's and this house purchase. I would think the details aren't really any of their business, but what do I know (ooh, THIS is where this guy belongs!) So naturally, that's taking a toll on Kyle and I as well, as.... well, you know how men can be with their moms. We've discussed it enough, so I KNOW you know.

I am not a cheater either!!!! I love the surprise of it!!! I know it is a surprise no matter when you find out but I love the suspense all the way through the pregnancy!!!

Ok, I decided to post the pecan pie recipe here. I hope no one minds. You should all try it at least once, and then youll be hooked! By the way, calories don't count in pie. At least they shouldn't!

Marilyn MacMillan's Pecan Pie

Pastry for single-crust pie (I cheat and use the store bought. Much easier)
1 cube butter, browned and cooled a bit
3 eggs, beaten lightly with a fork
1 C. sugar
1 C. white Karo syrup
Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 C. chopped pecans, plus some whole pecans for garnish

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a pie pan with pastry and put into fridge while mixing the filling. Mix all above ingredients except pastry and pecans for garnish. Pour into unbaked pie pastry. Add whole pecans around edge of pie, to make a wheel-like decoration. Crimp pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and 325 for 40-50 minutes. You may cover this pie with a foil tent if it is getting too brown.

That's all there is to it! Pecan pie is really easy as long as you don't have to make a crust!

he had nothing to do with why they were fired - their whole team said as much- if he had just kept his mouth shut in the boardroom he would have NEVER been fired - but he came out swinging and he had no chance b/c they all saw their chance to get rid of him!!

What was up with the two girls and guy lying on the bed all snuggled up with each other - how long have they been there - like 2 weeks?!?!?

All right you all......I get to enroll my baby officially tonight in high school WAAAAH!!! As a friend just said they don't realize mom needs to grow up also!! Actually because she is in IB all but one of her classes has been picked for her....she is choosing band. Not sure how she came up with it.....something about eenie meenie mo or something like that But at least it's an "easy" class.
