I guess they are doing chicken pox boosters now before the kids start school. DS had a vaccine at 15 mos, then in 2nd grade he came down with actual pox on Easter Sunday. The Dr. was going to give him a booster this year but then said he didn't need it since he had actual pox. In a school of 900 kids he was the only one who had them. I had to fill out a big packet from the Health Dept. with questions like "Where did your child contract the virus?" Gee, since they are contagious BEFORE the rash comes out how on earth would I know where he caught them?![]()
I know where Cassidy did.....at the pool. She popped out with them the day before she was supposed to get the first shot
