ITA - I would never be able to handle this. I have a hard enough time keeping up with what's going on in my own life, let alone remembering to send gifts to someone else's children. I would simply assist in the trip planning aspect. Quite frankly, I think it is rather bold of her to expect to you to go that far with your assistance.

I agree. It's hard enough to do what you are doing for your extended family. At least with your own family, you know the kids, what they like, etc., and you get to see the end result. I just don't know if I could do it for someone I didn't know!

Bernadette - You photos are wonderful. Kate, Kristine and I loved the Segway tour too. Do you remember who your guides were?

Thanks! Did you notice all the smoke in the Segway photo?

Our instructor was Lamonte or Lamar-he's been doing it since the begining-been with WDW for 20 years. He was great-he's on the postcard they gave us at the end of the tour with the pin. Our tour guide was Janet. She was great. She was the one who was nice and calm with me when I started to get nervous. I couldn't have continued without her. I am really impressed that Kate was able to do it with her knee.

I could use some help please

Riley's class is going to have debates on different subjects & the teacher chose which subject they would debate. Well lucky Riley(I am being sarcastic)gets to debate why a women should not be president. I will help him with the research but was hoping maybe some of you might give me some cons as to why a women should not be president? He will be debating against a girl in his room who will be stating why a women should be voted in, this should be interesting.

Thanks for any help!

Not that agree with this or that is really a bad thing but.....a woman has the potential to be too "motherly" and wouldn't want to send any soldiers to war.

Bernadette - still enjoying your TR, and more great pics! That dessert looked yummy from the GG - I don't remember getting that when we had dinner there last year! Also enjoyed your Hidden Mickey in your Guiness. We need to see pictures of your finished pearl necklace, too!

I've been to GG 3 times-May 2006, August 2006 and now May 2007. All 3 times I had different desserts.

The Guiness was a clover but I like Mickey!

I've got to agree with everyone else. It seems like a lot of potential for things to go bad and not much upside for you.

houdini still bites and he is 15. i call them his love bites because he doesnt lick. was abandoned by mama cat early and bottle raised so didnt learn to be a cat. very short temper too. lol

Im ready, i think! i have a couple more things to pick up today, but ill do that later..im mostly packed, excpet last minute stuff tomorrow morning..camera is ready! tickerts are in my carryon..grandparents taking us to airport!!

i talked with my attendant today and she said that her friend's brother is out of a coma. they took the tumor out that was on the back of the brain but it was also intertwined into the brain so they couldnt get all of it. he is having trouble speaking and so he is getting frustrated and the screams at the top of his lungs. he is also having trouble keeping food down. now they are going to do radiation and chemo and see if it helps if not there is nothing they can do. doctors said he has probably had it since birth because of how intertwined in the brain it is.
