Our electric bill is about $45 for most of the year. For about three months in summer, it will go up to $70-$90, depending on how much we have the AC on. We live in a 2,300sf condo. We get a bill notification, and then our credit card is charged a couple of weeks later on AutoPay. Similar to our gas bill ($30-$35/month), because we're just responsible for cooking gas; our HOA payment covers our radiator heat.
