Crum. That agency that makes the nanny do all the stupid stuff BEFORE they will send her on any interviews actually has a job on their website that I would be VERY interested in. Grrr.

That means I have to schedule an interview at the agency, get a TB test, and go to some sort of lame "orientation" on a Saturday morning. I know at least the first 2 MUST be completed before I am allowed to meet any families, which means the job will probably be gone by the time I finish my song and dance. it also means MORE money out of my pocket for the TB screen. And it also means I have to authorize the agency to pull my credit report, which they simply DO NOT need. Hmm. Let's step back and think HARD about how much I want to interview with these people. It would be Monday before I could possibly meet with the agency anyway. I guess I can call tomorrow and ask for more clarification about the process.

We got preliminary loan approval....and if it works out.....should be home owners shortly. We saw 4 houses.....first 2 we LOVED!! third Jane said needed "TLC"...I said it's more like a handyman's paradise....scary!! and the fourth was just to dang small. We'll see 2 more tomorrow.

Grandma thrives when she is in control...poor thing thinks she's in control right now.

They are beautiful children!!! Jacob looks like my Daniel (with the missing teeth! )

Isn't it funny how proud they are of those gaps? Jacob was so eager to get rid of those teeth, that he allowed Alan to tie a string to them and slam the door. He did that for 3 of the last 4 teeth he lost. One was broken into pieces when it fell on the floor, one got lost down the heating vent, and we found the third. The fourth tooth was so loose, that when he took a drink out of his water bottle, he accidentally hit his tooth, and it popped out! He was terribly proud of it!
