IMMEDIATE PRAYERS NEEDED PLEASE!!!​

Dawn just called me. Caroline is in the NICU, because she choked on her spit-up this afternoon to the point she couldn't breathe and had a seizure. Luckily, she and Dawn had just been to the doctor, so they rushed back and he stopped the seizure. She's had a spinal and she's about to undergo an EEG. So far everything has come back positive, so they're praying the seizure was a result of her lack of air. Hopefully Caroline just has an extreme case of reflux, but they won't know for a few hours yet.

I will keep you updated as soon as I hear anything else!

Is anyone here familiar with the "Flat Stanley" Project??

In a nut shell: (this is our letter)

Hi there!!
As part of our integrated Reading, Writing, Language, Social Studies, and Mathematics programs we have read a funny book called Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown. The book is about a young boy named Stanley who is accidentally squished "as flat as a pancake" when a bulletin board falls on him. Stanley is very, very flat but otherwise fine. The story goes on to tell how Stanley discovers some real advantages to being flat. He can slide under doors, go down into sidewalk grates, and even fold himself up small enough to fit into an envelope and be mailed to California for an exciting vacation.
We are sending FLAT STANLEY to visit cities all over America and the WORLD. I have selected you to be FLAT STANLEY's "host family" and hope that you will send him back to me after a short visit. We would also appreciate it if you could snap a few pictures of Stanley’s visit so we can put them in our journal.

There's a new baby in the family! Maxwell Carson was born this afternoon and was a *healthy* 9lbs 11oz! ( Should I mention that mom is 5ft6 and skinny as a stick when not pregnant? )

Ok, that Cold Stone Creamery is a very bad place!!!!!! That could be addictive. Thank goodness I have to drive 7 hours to find one!!!! My friend and I went and checked it out tonight. Her friend had taken her once before a couple of months ago. Wow! I got a modified turtle something or other. It calls for fudge, caramel & pecans. I prefer almonds so I asked them to put almonds instead of the pecans. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!

I'm not laughing about what you did at work I think you were being very smart and trying to prevent yourself from further injury. When you are at home please stay off of your foot and prop it and put ice or heat you don't want it to get worse.

Speaking of ankle's Terry and Stefanie how are your ankle's doing???

Thankfully my ankle cleared up after about 10 days. It was not pretty until it did. A lot of ice and elevating it. Plus pain meds of course.

Stephanie has her boot off finally and she is walking much better now.

hey guys--i posted this as its own thread, but figured id post here too incase anyone had any ideas...

I wanted to see if anyone can design a couple shirts for me?
My best friend and i are going to go to disney next may after we graduate from college...we are both going to be teachers..

I would like a different shirt for each of us..I was thinking something about college graduation or future teachers...maybe with donald duck on hers (her favorite character!) and minnie mouse on mine...

If you guys think of anything different, thats fine too...I am always good with having more than 1 shirt to wear during the trip..

Can someone please tell me the technical difference between Diet Coke and Coke Zero? I just bought a Coke Zero at the store and it tastes like diet to me.

I know I need to drop my "real" soda calories as a start to losing this pregnancy weight, but I really hate the taste of diet cola.

Do you like Dr. Pepper? Diet Dr. Pepper really does taste darn close to regular Dr. Pepper....
