As much as I LOVE Mickey Mail, I hate that envelope hanging on my door.

I know I always see them on people's doors when we check in. Thinking I'm glad that isn't me. But for some reason my turn always comes.

Tip for first timers, (and those packing that forgot)....bring a sharpie for signatures. WDW does not sell them and some handlers have them, but that wastes time. We tried silver last year, but found black really works best. I noticed that some people brought the click style sharpie, but we opt for the standard with the cap off. Even though my babies aren't babies, we are signing pillowcases this year, so they have something special to share with their babies (one day). I am using embroidery hoops to secure and stretch the fabric.

Wow what a great idea with the pillow cases. Another suggestion might be to use a big pen. Some of the characters have big paws...so the bigger the pen, the easier it is for those with the big paws.

You get your return Me info on your door the day before check out. I have a room only reservation for the first day before FD starts and was thinking the same thing. Then it dawned on me the ME packet hanging on my door last year.

Oh Duh! Your right! I completely forgot! See that's what happens when you skip a year at Disney! I guess that means no more skipping years

I washed our Disney clothes today so I can pack (again). I packed but realized the clothes were just out of the plastic bags from ordering online (ebay and Disney store).... Duh, Janet!!! (where is the smack or shake my head smilie)

So all is clean now! Gonna have to wait to pack other stuff because most of it is stuff we use daily. I must say I feel lucky to be able to drive my own car and not have to fly down and worry about TSA and baggage weight. After reading about the issues with flights getting cancelled and such, I would be having a fit if my plans got changed like that.

How come 39 days seem so far away. The last ten seem to have taken forever. Can't wait for Mickey Mail sounds like I have atleast a week to go before I get mine.

Well I started packing last night, yes I know I still have 6+ weeks to go...but I always pack early. Using ziploc bags for my sons things, and I am rolling my things...trying to pack into one suitcase and then two carryons. eek..its not easy. I have to still pack tolietries and my shorts/pants, and then whatever else is needed (undies/socks/things we use daily). So far I am at 35 lbs of weight in the suitcase...might need to do some reconfiguring hahaha! I try to pack heavy stuff in the carryon...haha.
I cannot wait to get mickey mail! I have maybe 3 more weeks till that comes in. Oh well..have to wait in the meantime we will just plan, plan, plan!

I'm 2.5 weeks away (August stay not September) and I haven't received anything yet.
I booked by phone for only 2 nights.
I can't remember if I received one last year.
I can see my reservation confirmation on-line.
