The Brown Derby Signature Burger

I have no idea why they would change the Brown Derby burger. My understanding is that a lot of people ordered it. Even if you have to raise the price $5 it would still be a good item.

The signature restaurants always change the menu and entrees a bit, pandemic or no. For the record, I‘d eat a burger with fresh Russian dressing (not that bottled stuff) in a hot minute but understand some posters‘ disappointment that the aioli condiment is not on the menu currently. As long as the restaurant is using a premium mix of beef for the burgers I’m fine.

Half of my family got this on our last trip and half got the Cobb salad. All of it was delicious.

We kind of stop going to brown derby a few years ago and now can’t wait to go back. It was just good.

Pandemic Disney food for us was lacking so this one was a great surprise when we went.

Alright...for those who have tried it at the Hollywood Brown Derby in HS, how is it?

My DW and I ate at Brown Derby in June. I had the burger and she had the Cobb salad. My burger was good, not great. I enjoyed it, but I cannot give a rave review. On the other hand, my DW Cobb salad was great and the few bites she allowed me to eat I will rave about. Probably the best Cobb salad I've ever eaten and there is a joint in the Twin Cities that served one wail of a Cobb salad too.
