The signature restaurants always change the menu and entrees a bit, pandemic or no. For the record, I‘d eat a burger with fresh Russian dressing (not that bottled stuff) in a hot minute but understand some posters‘ disappointment that the aioli condiment is not on the menu currently. As long as the restaurant is using a premium mix of beef for the burgers I’m fine.I have no idea why they would change the Brown Derby burger. My understanding is that a lot of people ordered it. Even if you have to raise the price $5 it would still be a good item.
