BWV Studio 7/24 New style sofa bed/non removable cushions/directions included. I'd have no problem sleeping on this.

VB Studio 7/29 Old style sofa bed with bar across the middle. The frame and the mattress have seen better days! Wouldn't even consider letting anyone sleep on this!

BWV studio. Had the new sleep sofa without the bar. It was mucho comfy. The kiddies didn't complain at all!!! Hurray for us!

BCV 542 2 BR had the new ones. DSS said it was very comfortable and didn't want to swap for the bed with his sister.

In an attempt to figure out what resorts have the new pullout beds and which don't please let us know.
Where did you stay and when? What pullout bed style did you have?
ie: Pullout with the bar across the middle or the new pullout with the cushions as a part of the bed or other.....

Just back from SSR & HHI. SSR Grandstand section room 8245 1 bedroom has the memory foam with removable cushions. HHI room 1135 Main bldg has the old bar style.

Good morning, everyone! I thought I'd resurrect this thread to ask a related question--are the new beds really large enough for two adults? Are they equivalent to a queen or double?

I believe that it depends upon the size of the accomodations. I believe that studios have a full (i.e. double) bed pull out, 1 bedrooms have a queen pull out and a 2 bedroom either has 1 queen pull out (dedicated) or 1 queen pull out and 1 full pull out (1 bedroom + studio).

Has anyone stayed at VWL recently? Have they updated their sleeper sofas or do they still have the bars? We are heading down in a couple weeks and will need to use the pullout in our 2 bedroom unit. TIA for any information.

I'd like to bump this thread. We're headed to BCV to a 1-bedroom in about a month, and it's going to be fairly important to our plans that the pullout is the new kind, and that it really is the size of a queen. Any other reports from BCV?

We were there over Halloween in a dedicated 2 bedroom...still the bar on the sofa bed in the living room. DSis had a studio, and the same type of sofa bed was in that as well.

Stayed in OKW 1BR 2221 in October. We had the new style sofa bed for our DS3. He seemed to like it okay. I laid on it a couple of times and it didn't impress me.
