The good thing about running is that even though you lose fitness when you stop training, restarting is becoming much easier. I am sure you will find that when you go out again it will not be nearly as hard as your first runs! And your 18 months plan sounds great!
Don't worry about not remembering every detail about Luther! I am sure a lot of Lutherans here in Germany don't know either and for them it is not only about the history of their church, but also about the history of their language...
I know, and I am looking forward to getting back out there- just after the big snowstorm we are expecting this week!

Poor Zach has a big school play (Annie) that is supposed to be on Thursday and Friday, both days of which might be cancelled.
Anyway, I have lots of time to get ready, and I am excited- maroo said she might be up for another trip by then too!!
too true!! History for me is so interesting, yet easy for me to forget the details about. Even after having been entertained by way of movie.
I am so far behind!

I will catch up but it may take me awhile, I can't resist reading all of the chatter.

I do want to answer when you asked me if I had read your PTR, see how behind I am. No, I hadn't read your PTR so I was unaware of the significance of your Grandmother and DHS.
Now on to read!
The chatter is really a lot of the fun, and there are so many witty and hilarious people that post here!
You don't need to go back and read everything though; that might take a very long time!

Anyway, it's so great to have you back!! The more the merrier, as they say!
Guilty as charged. I'm so ashamed!
Figment? Are you sure that pavillion had ANY people at all? It looked like a ghost town when we walked by it!

I think I heard some Clint Eastwood spaghetti western music playing in the background...
Oooooh, CM secret information!

Cool! (If we ever head back to Disneyland, I'm eating there and nobody is going to stop me!) I think it sounds like great fun to have worked there. I worked at an amusement park where I grew up but it was only kiddie rides and games. While it was fun, I'd have loved to have dressed up.
I have an extra cone of shame we pass around these parts.

I think Tim has it. Mel gave it to him after taking the picture with his whip.
I really do enjoy the Figment ride. I know, I"m one of a VERY small minority, but to me, (and I know it must have been WAY, WAY, better in its past days of glory) it's so old school Disney. Just a happy dark, silly ride- and best of all it has a great gas gag. (no pun intended there)
Imaaaaaaaaaaaaa-gination, Imaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagination,
Now get that out of your head.

You can get the same Cobb Salad at HBD if you want, but the better, signature dish is the Monte Cristo Sandwich, mmmm. mmmmm; a gall bladder attack on a plate.
