So, you've had practice with others?? Was it kinda like giving a new car a test drive around the lot?

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao: That is great, Liesa!!!

I think you were one of the originals- like 18-20 months ago. :confused3 You've stuck around- soundly certifying yourself as one of the more insane.

Tim's not insane...he just needs a little help every once in awhile.

My favorite German word (after Bier of course!) is ausfahrt. Everytime I saw a sign on the autobahn I cracked up. :) I assume it means exit.

I'll take one of each the pastries, please. :upsidedow
Hope you had some of the antibiotics left. :scared1:

We took- well, you guess... how many>??

We didn't have enough left. :guilty:

Sounds like he fits in quite well then, with the rest of us. :rotfl2:

I think I just about died and went to heaven!! A new reader! Well, at least a new poster!! :welcome:!!!!!! We're so glad you've come out of hiding!!

I don't have any that are quite as funny as that one- which we saw as well, but weren't ready with the camera in time.

UGH!

And while I know some of the story, not hardly all, it's just UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it sounds like you should have raided the land of self serve for a fullly stocked medicine cabinet just for travel, not to mention having back here.

Personally, I could eat one of each of those pastries...right now!

I"m having serious issues these days keeping up with the TRs and PTRs I want to. I could have a nervous breakdown any time over it.

welcome to my world.

that stinks getting sick on the plane.

but that cheese bun actually looked pretty good to me.
:confused3

OH MAN!!!! :scared1:
Why did I suddenly just break into a Michael J song- ".... and we can ride the boogie..." ??
Nice choice! :thumbsup2

No practice... :rolleyes1
I could probably get you some of those. We're going to get a goat in a couple of months maybe- probably won't take long for it to die, since we have not the first foggiest clue of what to do for it.
HA... that is funny!!

Goats milk anyone? popcorn::

We've been through it all- including an almost de-friending!!! :scared1: :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Actually, we saw another unfortunate incident while going through passport. A couple of tourists who had been on their way to Cairo were dumped off in Almaty due to mechanical problems were dumb enough to have went to the airport hotel for a few hours of sleep. When the airline company told them everything was a go, they came back to the airport only to be told they "went into the country without a visa". It took them up to the VERY last minute to get through (with much grief!) and onto our plane back to Germany where they had started. Our vacation was a dream job compared to those poor folks!!!!!!!!
Wow.. They don't miss a beat messing with people do They?

You should of did the 'ol lick and stamp for them, for a hefty sum! pirate:

Think salty- very salty. And mushy.
No thanks... I guess I will pass!

It wasn't on the menu. There were just a tray of them sitting on the counter. Some even had bologna on them. :sick:
Better than having that caviar on it... :sad2: :sad2:

welcome to my world.

I know, we really should have! We should have stocked up more on all that costs $20 to get a piece of paper saying we can get it at all. Tetracycline woulda been a good one to have. :yes:

Be careful what you wish for......you just might get it!:lmao:

:scared1::lmao:

:confused3

Did I mention they microwaved it to get it warm?

Goats milk anyone? popcorn::

I had thought about doing a cheese business. :confused3

We've been through it all- including an almost de-friending!!! :scared1: :rotfl2::rotfl2:

:scared1::lmao: That's right. Something to do with us not being really sure how far we could egg each other on... :confused3 Honestly, don't even remember now...

And we were now armed with insiders secrets- straight from the rogue source. :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Hadn't realized that.... :rotfl:

Actually "to plunder" is "plündern" in German, while the German "Plunder" means "danish" (as in baked goods, not the language obviously). You see those little dots on the u make all the difference!! ;)

I wonder what other funny signs Liesa found!! :confused:

Aw, I want to plunder the danish (the baked good, not the country).

I thought it was probably something like what you described.

Hey, nice new signature pictures! :thumbsup2

This reminds me of the picture below that I posted in my "flashback PChef TR" in my PTR.

Magdalene posted an explanation that this meant "have a good drive".

Aloha, ladies! I lost internet access for five days when our router decided not to work anymore, so I'll be lurking until I catch up! Just wanted to say I am still here. :lmao:

Uh- oh... DH is a Beaver. CAn we still be friends?? :lmao:

So, camping in a friend's driveway?? That's an interesting concept. Sure saves on hotel costs though. Spring camping is sure dicey around here, ain't it? I remember MANY beach trips with 70 MPH winds where you get an insta-facial when you walk by the waves.

Hmmm It's all good until the Civil War! :lmao:

IKWYM about the wind at the beach, I really don't do the ocean in the Spring. I don't like to be cold. Period. But we did try to camp at the beach for Memorial Day weekend once. We spent the whole weekend inside a pickup camper with 2 boys and a dog. Never again! August and Sept are wonderful at the coast though! :thumbsup2 It's good you chose the East side of the Cascades - more chance of Sunshine!

The journey continues.... As a person who has used numerous a barf bag....:sick: Sorry it was not an isolated event. :sick: Great details as always.

Having that much fun, Marv? :lmao:
Well, yes, but your TRs and PTRs are so popular, they grow in a month about as much as some on here do in a year......:)

Besides, I can have fun anywhere, even on Glenn and Dan's TRs! :lmao:
one judy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry Kathy, but that picture you linked to in your answer, I'm looking but I don't see any Judy's. Looks like an immediate DQ to me! :sad2:
That's Right !!!!:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
Rosie, you can still "taste?" Just askin'. :rolleyes1
