Thanksgiving 2007!!!

The next time Lampy and are fighting over the last Miller Lite, I will have to invoke the "3 Kick Rule".

Don't look now, but someone just passed you in the posting stats.

To pad my lead, I have one more joke. ....

TCD

WHO IS THE leader?

Is it just my PC, or is anyone else here noticing the posts are in reverse order? :confused3 For instance, when I click on 'view first unread,' it takes me to page ONE (instead of 42) and I have to read from bottom to top. I must be in the Twilight Zone. :scared1:

Priscilla-

I thought that I saw a message on the boards about a new server being added to the board. I have not noticed any problems. Is it still giving you a problem?

No, it's fine now.

Less than one week until Christmas, is everybody ready? :lmao: We're hosting family this year again, but our 'to-do' list is longer than last year. In fact, last time our 'to-do' list was this long, was when we were preparing for Thanksgiving 2005. :guilty:

The temperature here finally dropped! That's right, it's 60 degrees today! Wow! I can wear long sleeves. :rotfl2:

I just had to hear you say it with my own eyes. har har har

But I did have a jump on you while you were in your coma...

Dubbya-

You might always be number one, but look who just passed Chuck and Lisa to move into third place! :cool1:

In honor of my esteemed fellow members of the bar:

Warning Signs that you Might Need a Different Lawyer

1. Your lawyer tells you that his last good case was of Corona.
2. When the prosecutors see your lawyer, they high-five each other.
3. Your lawyer picks the jury by playing “duck-duck-goose.”
4. Your lawyer tells you that he has never told a lie.
5. A prison guard is shaving your head.

P-

It is 11:10 am here, and already 74 degrees- I think we are going to hit the low 80's again.

Weather for Christmas looks like we might have a rainy day.

No, I am not ready for Christmas. But, there is still plenty of time!

Good morning Turkeys;

I am here to rescue this thread from the depths of page 2. It is amazing how fast threads can sink on this board.

Any of you ever hear of High School Musical? I took two of the DD's and friends and Mrs. TCD to see the High School Musical Concert last night in Tampa. What a crowd! I was just the driver- so I have no first hand knowledge, but it pleased the 'tween crowd.

I am in the office early this morning, but won't be around much today.

Have a great day!

TCD

Hello?

Hello?

Where are my DIS Turkey buddies? :confused3

This is my last day in the office until after the new year. I'm not sure if I will be online much over the next week and a half.

So, in case I don't get another chance:

Merry Christmas!

Happy New Year!

I wish you and yours all of the best in 2007!

TCD

Thank you Andrew!

I won't be posting (or lurking) here as much until (at least) after Christmas.

I hope each of you Turkey Day 2005/2007 cruisers here have very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY 2007! :santa: (Reuniting for Thanksgiving 2007, now that will make our family happy! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc )

Well, off now to a three-day marathon baking session, and to the store to find out why Rob's present hasn't arrived yet. :scared1:

Merry Christmas y'all!

Ditto! STAY SAFE!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!!!!!!!! Me, I'll be here........I've been working ALL WEEK, used car mgr. was down at WDW and someone had to be here!I'm here tomorrow 'till noon then off 'till Thursday......looks like I'll be doing some......... :drinking1

4 Days No Posts???....hope You All Had A Merry X-mas!!!

Looks like just you and I Ron, checking in here this week.... Sorry I missed your call Christmas Day. The cell phone was on my dresser, but had accidently been set on manner mode.

I hope the Lamparskys had a nice Christmas! Ours was fine and uneventful. Hayley got the new cell phone she wanted and Erin got an autographed Mia Hamm soccer jersey that she wanted. I got lots of egg nog! With a touch of Crown in it!

Like you, I am working all this week, trying to bulk up my numbers before the end of year, when my bonus is calculated. But still kinda quiet around here. This year was the first time in a long time that I was home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I really missed not being on the MAGIC, or at WDW for the holidays....

Not anymore.:surfweb:

So far, it seems that everyone had a good Christmas.:) So did we. This was our first Christmas morning that we had to go wake Rachel! (8:30): I was kind of sad (remembering when she believed in Santa, and woke EARLY!,) until she told us that she first awoke at 3, then 4, then 5..

Willie, you must be suffering severe withdrawal symptoms, not having been at WDW or on the MAGIC, during the one of the major holidays. Think you'll be ready for Thanksgiving 2007?:rotfl2: (I'm counting down now, too, to the RCCL cruise!)

What is everyone doing for New Years? The Andersons will do the (most often) traditional..'stay at home, watch the ball drop in Times Square, toast in the New Year, and crash into bed.' Now, if we were sailing with the DISers, it'd be a different story!

Priscilla

We will do as we usually do. Have a bonfire and watch the kids shoot fireworks. Only this year my bonfire is "GI-NORMOUS" with all of the trees we lost from Rita. The pile of wood contains all or part of about 20 trees.
You guys may be able to see the glow across the U.S.!!

Just butting in here for a minute to wish you all a Happy New Year!

We depart in two days for Houston, TX and our cruise which leaves Galveston on Sunday, New Years Eve.

I'm thinking the Conquest will seem like a large city to us, having sailed on the Magic and Wonder the past two years! Also, getting used to that night life will take some extra work!

I'll check in when I return and let you know how our cruise went --
