The CM wouldn't put me through to Guest Services...she said we were only allowed the room discount or pay rack rate + dining. Not 2 discounts.

I'm not sure I understand. But I think she's mistaken.

You can't get FREE dining + the 40% off discount.

But you CAN get the 40% off discount & PAY for dining.

Call back and if the CM refuses you, ask to speak to a supervisor.

Seriously. I think you were misinformed unless you were trying to get FREE dining in addition to the room discount.

Wow, that is great. I didn't think they would give you discounted rooms with the free dining. CONGRATULATIONS.

Not discounted room FREE DDP...PAID DDP

First CM said no, DDP IS 40% off dining & you cannot combine that w/ 40% off room.

I explained myself better to second CM...I was asked if I wanted to do DDP when I booked, didn't think we did, Mom decided she did...yada yada...
she says she will talk to super...yep, they will adjust new ressie (since officially deal expired 3/15...but like they are gonna refuse $3000+ in more $--I DON'T THINK SO!)

They were so pleasant, as I would expect Disney to be. Mom was ecstatic...we LOVE getting a good deal--not always the cheapest deal, but feeling we got the most for our $!

I called and a VERY nice CM did it all for me with no problems. It did take a while but while whoever it was was doing their magic for me she checked on some ADRS and made them for me. Now that's service!

I did advise that we were willing to pay extra for dining and tickets...the CM can't have airline discount aswell as dining.

I'm not following you at all here.. Airline discount?

OOOOH ... do you have an IATA discount? Because in that case, you cannot add the dining plan; if you DO have an IATA discount - then in fact, you were told the correct information by the CM.

I didn't see where you mentioned that before.. in which case -- my bad.. sorry.
