Good Morning everyone hope you all had a nice long weekend.

No wet here. We really havent had any rain. Hopefully it wont rain this am since its the day of the funeral. I will be out of here shortly to go. I did go to the funeral home yesterday, Michael went with us and Matthew went with his dad. We all met up there. David and I stayed a couple of hours then we came home and the boys stayed with their dad.
It was sad but also good to see some of my x's family I hadnt seen in years.
I was 17 when my x and I started dating and several of his cousins were right around the same age so we all "grew up" together. It was kind of wild seeing them again and now they are in their 40's, lol. Man they got old, glad I didnt

mic--have a good day at work! It is monday for me today too, but it will throw me into gear because aubrey has preschool today.

deena--it is always good to see people you haven't seen in forever--even if they are your x's family! are you all packed for your girl trip?

adam--are you trying to get through the big stack of paperwork?!?! it just seams that the years just fly by...i know i was thinking of that the other day....in 6 years my oldest will be driving!!!! now that is a very scary thought!!!!!

ed--great pic! did you have a good long weekend?

It is aubrey's first day of dance today also! I can't wait to see her there! I hope she likes it and does well! I think all she wants to do is wear the outfit and look pretty! i will take some pictures and post them later on this evening.

now home on lunch hour

wild class, special ed a bd group of 5. the sub they had earlier this morning couldn't deal with them so i got called in to take over.

whew...only in the class 20 minutes and i learned a whole new language.

She told me Wednesday but Im not sure what time. Looks like a tropical storm is gonna rain on us some there. Guess I better bring lots of socks with me for tromping around in the rain.

she got it at the state fair on sunday and wanted him to put it on her! I didn't realize where he put it until it was to late. I wanted him to put it on her upper arm so it would be hidden...oh well i guess i will have to take it off with rubbing alcohol later.

i had the summer off and totally forgot how hard it is to sub for special ed, behavorial problem youngsters..............4 kids and 3 teachers today.

tomorrow its the preteens for language arts..........
i will be sure to bring my green pen.
we no longer are supposed to use red, the school board says it upsets the kids...........ridiculous........ maybe i will use bright orange...
