test Part 10

hey all.....
i was picking up apples and got stung by a bee.
makes it hard to type since it is my index finger.

first time i have been stung in i don't know how long. maybe teen years??

will be back later.

mic, i too hate to clothes shop.

I'm back too..........it was SO hot out today...ds/gf have gone to Outback to bring us dinner home.......yum.......I got a salad...I'm being Mrs. Good Eats :goodvibes

Mind you, my dh HATES, did I say HATES dressing up, owns hardly anything I would consider overly dressy, has some nice slacks and mostly polo type shirts...well this dinner cruise you are supposed to wear a jacket...well, I found a $140 jacket at JCPennies for $29  and I figure it will be good for other occasions as it's black and won't go out of style. I found a nice pair of black pants for 50% off at Kohls, so in a sense, he got a suit for like $55 bucks...I'm so happy with ME....I got two outfits, only cause I couldn't make up my mind...LOL....both are a top and skirt...both on sale....I'll decide which is my favorite and take the other back. I really liked the one, but figured I get home and ask myself about the other, so this way I can decide here at home...YIPPEE...I'm so happy

Dinner is here....more later.............

hi, i beat mac...i've got your backs covered already;) ; we tend to do Sat. evening mass when it's football season

mac - since you've got a bee sting in a very nasty spot, i'll extend special dispensation...take the day off tomorrow. Seriously, be careful as to swelling etc. I hadn't been stung for over 20 years & from the multiple stings from one hornet down my bathsuit top I wound up in the ER, with an epipen & subsequent blood poisioning.

mic - what a score on DHs suit:thumbsup2 Pesonally, I'd keep both outfits if you could wear them to work. I snuck out to Macy's sale today on the way to WalMart & got a casual sorta dress for cruise (reminded me of the old Diane Von Fursentenburg wrap dresses I used to live in); 2nd one i purchased. Last one i got 1/2 off a month or so ago. Total on receipt today was $20, including 2 pairs of dockers for DS:banana: .

pam - have tons of fund, pig out porch is a fantastic idea!

btw - Wolves 30, Northgate 12...WOO-HOO!

another great shopper. woo hoo....$20 bucks, can't beat that with a stick

that bee sting is killing me. i hurt all the way to my shoulder now.
i didn't ice my finger and now it's swollen more.

i don't like pain

so the hornet went for the prize on you keisha.

did you put bandaides on it to make it feel better?
mickey mouse bandades maybe?

i'll be in church tomorrow.
looks like we have double coverage this week

I think I've ever only been stung by a bee once.....guess I'm lucky....sorry mac the little bugger got ya.........want us to hunt him down with a fly swatter?? Hope it doesn't swell too much

Today seems to have been bargain day for one and all.... It is an awesome feeling to come home with stuff that is nice but didn't cost an arm and a leg.

KS, the outfits I got aren't over the top dressy, but I don't think either of them I would wear for work. One was $42 on sale and the other set was $32 I think, that set was 1/2 price on the top and bottom...the $42 set was like 40% off I think..I do like both of them...maybe if I keep them, I'll get to go someplace to wear them  :rotfl:

Go WOLVES.........LOL....I think I like Go RATS better :rotfl:

mac - :scared1: did you take a benedryl or 2? please keep an eye on it.

mic - now you're talking - buy clothes 1st & find an occassion later!;) footloose & fancy free is the way to be. Of course, unless it's a football game we tend to sit in the house & watch the tube.:) U R right, GO RATS sounds way cooler.

morning all...:goodvibes

going to church soon
got your backs

finger swollen but just annoying now.

Good morning all....hope the bitten are better today ;)

KS, I think we are on to something, buy the dress, then find a place to wear it :rotfl: it is an awesome concept, this way I feel prepared for anything that might come along  Yes, my outfit of choice on the weekends when I don't have to leave the house is my old t-shirt and my shorts...in the winter, fleece pants and sweatshirt...when you have to get dressed everyday for work, it's nice to take a day off from being presentable :upsidedow

Will be around off and on today, another humid one, but temps not as high...ain't it fall yet?

WAKE UP IT'S NOT FRIDAY !! :surfweb:

Hope everybody had a good weekend. I didn't do diddley since I'm not cleared by the doc yet. I go back to see him on Friday so I hope to be on the golf course or at Disney on Saturday !! Momma os teaching today so she will probably not check in until later...Have a great Monday !

Good morning.........WAAAHHHHHHHH.....it needs to NOT be Monday morning......ick, the week looks SOOOOOO long from this point right now

More later.......enjoy the start of your day

Morning all!

I tried to check in last night to tell you all how disappointed in you all i was since i come back and we are on PAGE 5!!!!!:scared1:

The board must have known because after i typed up my whole thing and hit submit reply it told me "sorry gang, work needs to be done on the boards for an hour or two"

Anyway, we had a good time in KC. The yanks won ofcourse...think the final score was 11-2 with A-rod hitting 2 homeruns that night. It was sweet. The pigout porch was okay. The food wasn't great but everyone got full. I think Noah topped off eating 7 hotdogs, 1/2 a nacho and 3 drinks. The boy can eat!!!!

Today is going to be a day when everything goes wrong. Nothing has been working for me this morning..

Have a good Monday everyone!

pam, same thing happened to me.
typed up a post and received the same message.......

i tried again an hour or so later and still not working.

welcome to monday.
ok, next subject.

going to curves soon.
boy, am i sick of that place....:rotfl:

Afternoon all...

glad you had fun Pam....WOWZER...7 hot dogs...that is one growing boy :thumbsup2 glad you got the all you can eat tickets...:rotfl: Just for your information, the Sox won over the weekend too, beating the O's :thumbsup2 gosh I love it

Only half thru this day..........:sad2: I've spent most of the morning online but it's still dragging........blech

Mac, have fun at Curves...I see they sell Curves cereal at Wal-Mart

i like hot dogs and nachos too.

think i will make 7 of them

noah can eat, he's a growing boy.
just wait until your kids are teens, then they really can eat.
no more of only fixing one pizza, more like 2 jumbo ones and sides to go with it.

the work day is half way over.

i don't do the curves food products.

for cereal, i only like whole milk and that kind of defeats the purpose of the curves cereal then....:rotfl: :rotfl:

i count calories.
i tried pam's diet last year and it was a great one.
i tried southbeach and couldn't stay on that one.
thus the reason just to count calories for me

i just had breakfast/lunch (portion control;) bag of Old Bay Crab potato chips:rolleyes1 ) raided the lunch my ds left on the counter...and they were wicked good.

i'm ready to cross today off, who has a big black sharpie:banana:

took DH to get bike inspected

ma to drs, then pharmacy - who lost one of her Rx's...soon back out to chase tail some more

middle DS proclaimed me the worst mother, i'm so mean - wouldn't order him a pizza @ 9:50 am. today.

mic - just don't get the alternate wardrobes like i have (med, fat & supersized lol)...least i haven't given up yet -good thing i wear classics...crocs:rotfl:

I started back on track today...hoping to stay on it this time;) need to drop some MAJOR poundage!!!

I am very afraid of my food bill in a few years:scared: it is bad enough now...noah is ALWAYS hungry!!!!

who are the sox again?!:upsidedow

what's for supper tonight?

think we are going to have whole wheat spaghetti, salad, and wheat garlic bread. Dave's favorite:rolleyes: he hates wheat!!
I figured i would make some carbs since trent plays his first jr. high football game tomorrow. I will be intrested to see how they do.

pam, you'll be successful in dieting.

you will lose the weight in no time flat.

i always gain a lot of weight over the winter and then start the diet in april each year.

i think i have gained and lost enough pounds that would have made 3 more people.

Evening....Haha...today was my first day of sticking to the plan...the plan of not eating the wrong stuff....I've done great today, but have this desire to forage through the cupboards looking for something good.....it won't do me any good though, I have very little in the way of sweets in the house, if I can't have it, neither can the men ;)

Off to do a couple things and watch a little TV...will drop in later before going to Neverland
