Hey, i like the idea of dave staying here with the kids and me going to the gym!!!! I may have to consider that if he is still out of a job come Feb. 2.

My doggie smells so good right now...i got her groomed today so she is all pretty. One of my parents works there so she takes her in the morning and brings her back when she comes to pick up her kid....works like a charm! It's funny because Jacie knows exactly when she gets to go with her...funny how dogs can sense that isn't it?!

mic--i am sure your taxes will be fine this year...you kinda...well no kindas about it...you got screwed last year!! That is alot for the poly...we priced it too and opted for POR instead. I'm glad you got your bike...can you do a few miles for me?!?!

mac--got your paperwork done?

ks--I need to get my taxes done. I called my accountant to send my summer help a 1099 and found out that my accountant no longer works there. A notice would have been nice. I think I am going to refuse to go to the new girl....may get interesting!!

ocm--good for you for telling your boss no...i know you have been wanting to cut back on days. I am glad you got to the gym.

LB--my dd(6) loves to stay at my mom's house but not so much at dave's mom's. It is a nice little break when they are gone for a night, but if they are gone longer than a couple of nights i do start missing them.

I need to have our puppy groomed. She is a pom and is just adorable. Gotta love em when they show their personalities.

Ally has finally started staying overnight with friends but she doesn't do it often.

Loribell - you know my kids have never slept over at a friends house. Im not sure if my oldest (7) would even try it and I know my other two wouldn't. I think Nico is the only one that has spent the night at my brother's house. Weird considering all of them are 10 hours away.

Pam - I'm glad your doggie smells good and got groomed.

KS - you are amazing! I pay someone else to do my taxes, and even then, I haven't gotten all the paperwork from all the different employers. I dont think I will get them done until early Feb.

MW - hang in there..we get easier as you get to know us

Mic - that is awesome about the bike. A little bit at a time is better than nothing. Rumor has it, it takes three weeks to develop a habit. I always think it takes me a little longer than the average person, so I always give it 1 month. In 1 month, I plan to have a master routine that includes the gym. I would guess its the same with the bike. Let us know in 3 weeks how you feel about it.

mic got here bike and going 60 mpr, sweet got to the gym and feels back at home, lori has a dog that gets more shampoos than i do, tony is back home working on his tan, bob is counting the days for him to tee off, keisha plans great vacations and dreads the tax man and pam is brave.

i have about a couple of hours more of paper work.
i have to do an account on my son for his disability and it was due 12/31.
just didn't have it in me to get it going.

and, i work better until pressure.....


i pick up a paper, read it and then the memories start.......then i daydream, then i pray and then i look at the paper again and decide where to put it.

i have about 100 more of those papers to go thru tonight.

i'm gonna get up early tomorrow for curves. on 3 days a week they open at 5 am. i like going then when it is not crowded. then i can return in the evening when a different shift of employees are there. they discourage going more than once a day.

exercise is like an addiction. i feel so much better when i go work out.

fighting with orthodontist office over the additional $300 they want for DS braces (same ones i paid close to $2 K for WITH insurance; including an additional payment around $300? they requested 6 months into treatment when they said they miscalculated). Now, 6 or 7 months after the braces came off they're back with same sad tale...don't think i'm going to pay. Isn't this a statute of limitations?

i'm not a professional, do our own taxes & family/friends; usually volunteer for Srs not sure this year; unless I get an SOS. They get very fiesty esp. the ones with them have impressive portfolios and *itch so much it makes me angry (along the line of i worked all my life shouldn't have to pay taxes-weird form of senior entitlement?) i've told several to get thee to an accountant most of the others of modest income are happy to have a pension & social security along with the ability to pay their property taxes .

tony - did u see that pile up on I-4? So scary & sad, was trying to figure out where it was...south of WDW?
ocm - when u get your body back, can i have the old onenot in a BB mt sorta way. i got on the treadmill, it mocks me

Ally didn't start staying over with friends until this past year and she turned 9 in December. Maybe they will start to want to stay with friends around that age. Of course then there are the worries over exactly what the family is like. You know people can act one way in public and totally different in their homes.

I agree with you Mac - excerise is an addiction.

Keisha - Next time Dentist calls just say (In Answering Machine voice) "Sorry this number is no longer in service to you. If you would like to collect money, please call someone that is willing to give it to you. Otherwise, feel free to stop wasting your time and mine. Beep." I think there is a limitation and he bottom line is..too damn bad.


Loribell - I agree about knowing the family. You just never know. For your sake I wish you had a gym that was closer too. I had a great workout today and I felt so great going there. I am sore as heck from the weights yesterday..but you just have to push through the pain.


TVT - the I-4 situation is very sad.

Pam - I am all ready to celebrate nakkie day!! Its the best day yet.


I don't think anyone of you would want my body. It needs so much work, it's pathetic. It's ok though..I will get what I can get done at the gym and go from there.

Afternoon all...couldn't find the thread this morning, I was running late and the board was loading slow....as usual

My dog is about ready for his grooming, he is getting stinky and his hair is getting long....he too always smells so good when they get done with him.

As it happens, my legs were not sore this morning! Guess my muscles weren't quite so bad, although I didn't over do so that probably is why. Hopefully tonight I'll get an earlier start (we had assembly issues last night ) and do more then what I did last night. I will keep you posted until I turn it into a clothes rack

KS, I would tell the ortho to go fly a kite, usually what you are quoted at the beginning is what the price is, regardless if they have to add other services. My son ended up being them WAY longer then what they first advised, and had a lot more visits thrown in, and we never got charged more or differently.

That wreck did look bad...how sad indeed.

all fridays are silver day. they were named for gant.
i think this came into existence going on the 3rd year.

pam dedicated wednesdays to hump day.
it is her favorite day of the week.

tony is a thong master since they gave him blisters on his toes.

school is spelled: skool
cool is spelled: kewl

did curves early this morning.
signed up for the personal trainer set up they have now and go for the instructions on saturday.

made a lot of differents foods this morning.
mashed potatoes and then eggs over easy on hash browns and topped it off with french fries. son very hungry. what a combination........

one son now asleep, one at gf's house, one out at ucb office.

i have the house to myself practically.

Ok, KS...you ROCK GIRLFRIEND....I'm not overly busy this afternoon and on a lark decided to call Disney and see if anything (discount) was attached to our name....got a squeeky sounding young girl and she said nothing was attached, and I felt uneasy with her answer, as she didn't seem sure what she was looking for, so I called back, hoping I would get someone else, and I got a guy......and he said 'you're gonna love this, I see a 40% discount connected to your name, and he called me by my name without asking me my first name (so I knew he found something)....we can get the Poly for $229 a night with the discount.... this surprise trip may turn into a reality. I'm excited, hope it pans out for us....YEEHAW....now if they would add dining......KEWL
