I had a dream last night that I was wearing a short sassy looking dress and I looked GOOD in it
I can't wait to find that before our cruise.... 
I know I am a few days late, sorry. I have been bouncing around everyone's journals trying to read everything. I don't know how everyone keeps track of everyone else's journals. There are so many and then I get confused as to who is who. I guess I'll figure out a method after I've been here longer. Tera said:35 minutes on the stair-of-hell machine

Sounds like you are staying on plan and doing great. Smart to stay off the scale, I think I may need to try that soon
I blew it with the scale today. 
Don't get discouraged! I hate the darn scale because no matter how much you will it to change, it never does it when you want it to! (I usually step on with my eyes closed and crack an eye to see if it moved! Oh yes I have a whole mini stepping on the scale ceremony!)
Every week I complain that I'm not losing anything and then Tuesday comes around and I lose 1, 2 or 3 pounds. I need to just stick to my points, drink that darn water and NOT weigh myself. I know I'm losing the inches because of my clothes, but will wait one more week before measuring.

Of course, this snow wasn't predicted and the roads were awful. Dropped the kids off at school and headed to the gym. Needless to say, it was pretty empty. Did about 15 minutes with the weights and 45 minutes on the elliptical. I'm going to jump in the shower and since DH is home today, we'll go to lunch, probably Sweet Tomatos and then heading to the school to volunteer in Katie's class and then help out in the library. I'm picking the kids up from school and I know it's going to be a nightmare. Is is Spring yet??????

Your body just might need some shrinking time to lose some inches before getting back to the pounds. You are doing great!
A loss is a loss!! I believe the 5.6 is doable for the rest of the month. You'll work through this and end up with the results! Maybe mix up the routine...maybe take a couple days off exercise and then shock your body back. You are still doing great! You are determined!
