Isn't it terrible how happy I am that the holidays are gone
Well today turned out to be a pretty good day. Got up and weighted myself and the scale was my friend this morning showing 177.5!! Who knows if I'll hang onto that till tomorrow, but atleast I got rid of that 1.8 pounds. Went to the gym and had a great workout... 30 minutes on weights (I'm gonna hurt tomorrow) 30 minutes on the step machine (definitely working up on that), a friend showed up and instead of standing there chatting, we did the elliptical for 30 minutes and then I got on the bike for another 30 minutes. 2 hours!!! Doubt I'll get another day like that in this week....
DH is off today, so after my shower, we did a couple of errands and then went to Applebee's for lunch. I had the WW chicken faijta meal. It was pretty good and I was definitely full. We did a little shopping after and I got a new ski coat for $32.00!!!! (it originally was $150) Also picked up a new workout outfit and another pair of size 14 pants. I can't WAIT until I can go by size 12's
Katie started swimming lessons tonight, so I was able to get another 15 minutes on the treadmill while we waited for her to start. She was too advanced for that class, so she'll move up on Wednesday. DH picked up Taco Bell for the kids for dinner, but I had my lean cuisine, but since I had plenty of points left over, I had one taco. I would be SO thrilled to show 177 tomorrow (down 3.4 pounds) but we'll see. I "should" be able to claim my 30 pound clippie and will be driving hard for that 35 next.
