I have not yet done my vision board. I haven't gathered all my pictures yet and I just don't feel I am ready for that. I am a note-taker. I have notebooks at work, on my bookshelf, and by my bedside filled with insights, quotes, goals, and inspirational sayings. When I read inspirational and self-help books, I take notes and write down the exercises. Now I have joined a church of New Thought in which I am also writing down notes. The problem is all this stuff is scattered and not tied together coherently. How do I know if anything is working??

Well I have solved that.
Last Saturday, we were meeting some friends for lunch in a part of town that I don't normally go. My family was early so we stopped at a small shopping center to kill time until our lunch date. Inside the mall was a Franklin Covey store. I bought a neat organizer geared towards the household (bills, warranties, appliances, insurance, etc.) I also picked up some Kids Planners for my girls (never too early to teach organizational skills and goal setting.)

Since I use my online calendar and taskpad for work, I didn't pick myself up anything.
Well, a couple of days passed and I was again writing notes in another notebook thinking that it would be nice I had all these things organized together in one neat place. Then I remembered the Franklin Covey store. Since it is only a 10 minute drive via highway, I went during lunch yesterday to get an organizer. I call it my "Spirit Guide" and I have already seen it at work.
I won't bore you with all the details. If you want more details, I can break it down for you in another post. For this post, I'll keep it brief. My monthly planner is used to note church services, spiritual classes, and events. On my Daily Planner, I note any themes occuring throughout the day. I also keep a spiritual to do list (redo my Mission Statement, search for certain pictures for my Vision Board, etc.) There are also 5 project planning sections. I'm using 2 so far, but I have plans for the others. One section shows the "create my day" mantra that I now recite every morning. It also lists the Wayne Dayer "It's coming" affirmation that I now recite every night. Section 2 lists my intentions. Section 3 will be for my intentions which are starting to manifest.
It's true!! I create my own reality!!!
