Team 'Ohana 2009: No One Left Behind

Jen B...you officially win the hardcore award. 13 miles on a TM at 9pm...wow :thumbsup2

Jeanne...we will definitely need to see wedding pictures. How's the training for NY?

Richard...isn't your half Iron soon? We are at OKW for marathon weekend. POR is our favorite moderate. One of my favorite WDW runs is to get up really early and run the loop around the Sassagoula all the way to POFQ and back.

Debra...love the Boma, but not the night before a race. You can go to Mara and get some of the buffet items. They often have the butternut squash soup that's good enough to have for dessert. I also love the carrot ginger soup and that heart of palm/lentil salad. SSR food court has some lighter options. You can check all the menus at allears.net.

Jackie...I was really hoping sending them off to college meant some relaxation time ;) We're getting ready for Homecoming tonight, then FBA districts, then SAT, etc, etc, etc. We haven't even gotten our Halloween decorations out yet because it's been too busy.

Ohana meet at POR on Sat? We're just around the corner at OKW, often head over to POFQ for beignets or jambalaya or muffuletta. Okay, you guys make me hungry :rotfl:

Six, slimy sweaty miles this morning, 12 tomorrow. We had to stop by the running store and get a new headlamp since I've hit that part of the training where 5:30 am is my new friend. It's dark out there!

Mel - My HIM is in 2 weeks (10/25) and my race today was my last hard workout until then. I guess I'll just miss you at OKW, but will be close at POR. Any other specific run route advice from ODW as I'll have to do a few light runs that week? BTW, good job on your win, as for me I think I was 124th in my age group! :rotfl:

Jackie - We will have to work out getting together at marathon time. I will keep an eye on the wedding saga, I do not think my daughters will take the "buyout" option either (well, maybe the youngest might...:) )

My Ten for Texas Race Report:
Weather: Cool, Overcast, Comfortable...Perfect
Course: Fast, well maintained, extremely well patrolled by medical and police crews
Aid Stations: Every 2 miles, plus mile 9 all were well-stocked

This event is one of the best run events I run, and I am fortunate that it starts about 3 miles from my house. It is always well organized, well supported and well run. The local community always bends over backwards to support the event. Plus there is a great after event party, today I got pastries from Panera Bread, a cheeseburger from Culver's Custard (no frozen custard, though:confused3), breakfast tacos from Taco Cabana, and a few other items.
Since my recovering hamstringwas flaring up Friday, I was a bit concerned and it was just a bit tight early before the race. However, I told myself that I would not push too hard and would drop out if anything flared up. I started out fine and ran confortably through the first few miles crossing the 5 mile point around 1:01:30, since A) I was feeling good and B) I wanted to go under 2 hours, I picked up the pace a bit for the final 5 miles. In the end I finished in 1:57:58, with a 5+ minute negative split and a new 10 mile PR (not too hard to PR when it is only my second 10 mile event and I run a decent bit faster now compared to 2 years ago). Best of all, however, is that I did not aggravate the hamstring and am not tampering towards the Longhorn Half Ironman on October 25. An added bonus is that I won a door prize (the only orizer I am going to win ;) ) I got 3 tickets to the Champions Club at the Administaff Small Business Classic Golf Tournament next weekend...too bad I am not a golf fan...ironically, the tickets are worth a lot more than the pair of running shoes I'd have rather won :rotfl: , maybe I can work out a deal somewhere next week.

Richard...nice job on your run and door prize. OKW is my second favorite place to run at WDW. You can go all the way to PI from there. Run down Peninsula Road to the left turn just before the South Point bus stop. Take the left, past the quiet pool to the golf course path. Turn left on the path and there you are along the waterway that the boats take to DTD. You'll run past Treehouse to the golf course, then can go through SSR to DTD to PI. It's really cool in the morning before DTD opens. They have music playing, it's empty except for cleaning folks...it's great! We usually go all the way to Cirque then turnaround. You can get about 5.5 miles out of the loop, depending on where you start.

Just a quick post -- my training continues, eating a little better every day.

Dennis is having knee surgery tomorrow --we'll find out what time later today. We're told this is not a big deal, and if the hospital weren't on the other side of the City, it would probably be fairly stressfree.

I'll be home with him all day tomorrow, so hopefully I'll get to post more. I have been reading, just crazy-busy with only working 2 days this week and trying to get everything ready for Dennis to be immobile for a couple of days.

Everyone keep doing what you're doing!

Maria :upsidedow

Popping in for a quick shout-out to all my cousins.....and also a quick goodbye. I fly out tomorrow to Orlando and Saturday we meet up with Nancy and Norm for a week of wonderful relaxion. I'll be on taper so the physical demands are low......but the willpower ones will be high. I am committed to just 2 drinks a day and VERY healthy eating. I did a very easy 10 miles today so my long walk for the week is done.

Mel: congrats on winning your age group! A win is a win anyway you can get it, so here's to you!:banana::banana:

Maria: Hope all goes well with Dennis' surgery.

Jackie: good luck with the contacts.....I hear you loud and clear. I have never had any luck with them myself, hence the perpetual glasses.

To everyone else: Hugs and kisses!

Maria - Hope the recovery is continuing to go well.

Jeanne - Hope you and Nancy are having a fabulous time. Once you're back and settled, check out this link. They just announced a new marathon in Raleigh next March, mostly on the Tobacco Trail. There's a full and a half, walkers welcome. Registration is only $40 thru January 1st for the half. Our running group is really excited. :yay: http://tobaccoroadmarathon.com/index.php?action=page&page_id=13

Richard - Right now, DD might take the buyout. She's decided she wants to quit school and get married. Doesn't think college is for her, but moving down there and living with the BF is. Seems to think they're perfectly capable of getting jobs and supporting themselves and going to community college all at the same time. Would you like another daughter? I'm thinking of auctioning her on ebay...

AFM - Our Galloway group was scheduled to do 26 this morning. I know, Galloway is the only plan that has you do 26 before the marathon. I was going to do it only because the group that I'm doing Richmond with are all doing their first marathon and wanted to do 26, and our group gives out a medal for completing 26 during the training season. Other than that, the 23 that I did 2 weeks ago was fine by me. I was hoping that the distance would get easier if I kept doing it, but no such luck. By 18 I was mentally done, at 20 I didn't care if I ever ran again, and at 22 I turned back with a couple of others who weren't doing the full distance. I think I ended up close to 24 - my Garmin said 23.35, but I forgot to turn it back on after a bathroom stop and I was as much as .6 off from a couple of other people at one time, so I'm claiming 24! :rotfl: All I know was that I got home and collapsed on the couch, ate lunch, and crawled into bed. Thank goodness it's taper from here on. I'm tired of long distances! (Don't anyone remind me that I'm signed up for Goofy, please! :sad1:)

Jackie

Jackie: Good luck with Richmond and enjoy the taper. I'm mentally trying to block out my own Goofy sign up so I'm happy to help you ignore it too.

Corinna: Thanks for hanging with me at race for the taste, I really enjoyed our dinner at Morocco. Great job on your time through difficult weather conditions.

Jeanne: Hope you are enjoying vacation. Have a great time in NYC too-- I know you'll do an awesome job.

I'm gearing up for the quick trip to do ToT with DH-- should be fun and hopefully a bit cooler than two risks ago.

I'm also excited by a new 1/2 marathon this spring at Rutgers University. DH and I met at Rutgers and it holds a special place in our hearts-- it will be really nice to run there-- we are psyched.

Ok...so my big long post just went poof :confused3 I don't have time to retype it all - just a quick summary of what I can remember...

JenB - Good luck at TOT - WISH we could go too!

Jackie - I'm thinking about doing the Tobacco Trail Marathon ...thanks for posting the info...it's not too far of a drive for us

Your stories about DD concern me - I have 3 dds and I'm not looking forward to the teenage years that are coming soon!

Jeanne - hope you had a relaxing week with Nancy. Enjoy your taper and NYC!!!!

Maria - I hope Dennis is recovering well!

Richard - I like the food assortment that you got at the end of the Ten for Texas run - I did a race the same day and we only had bagels, bananas and orange slices. You mentioned a hamstring problem...please see below and please offer any advice you have

As for me ... a short summary of my previous long race report :headache:

Almost two weeks ago Mike and I completed the Towpath Half Marathon that was run in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It was a beautiful course and had great support. I had a good race - maintained a consistent pace throughout. I had a goal of below 2:45 and was able to meet my goal and finished with a time of 2:43 :dance3:.

Immediately after finishing the race, my calf started cramping - a new experience for me - not sure what I did to cause this to happen - any ideas? Within 20 minutes of finishing I noticed my hamstring was sore. I had difficulty walking for over a week due to a sore hamstring. This was another new injury for me. I finally went out for a walk today. It was the first time in ten days. I definitely want to figure out what I did or didn't do to cause the cramping and hamstring injury - I really don't want either to happen again.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Kathy - Gotta hate it when those long posts disappear. Lately my dogs have been responsible for "disappearing" mine. They keep stepping on the mouse, the keyboard, unknown keys, and entire pages "poof!" Come on down and do the Tobacco Trail with us. I'd love to have a mini-WISH meet! As for the calf, I don't have any suggestions on prevention, but I had a similar experience after a half last fall. Was fine through the race, crossed the finish line and both calves cramped severely. Could barely walk, but kept moving for about 15 minutes until a friend gave me Endurolyte capsules. Don't know if it was a placebo effect, or if it really helped, but the cramps subsided shortly after. I didn't have any long-lasting pains like you described with the hamstring, though, so yours definitely sounds more involved.

Jen - Have a great time at ToT. Sounds like we all have fun new marathons in the spring to look forward to. Will give us something to help up get past that race that we're trying to forget!

Taper madness is beginning. I came completely unglued Monday night when DH and I were supposed to do speedwork. Couldn't run, freaked completely out and told DH I was crazy to think I could run a marathon in 4 weeks, let alone 1 1/2 in 11 weeks. Wednesday night I was finally able to go out and run 5 miles with DH. It was the hardest run I've had in a long time, but I got it done. Saturday we're going out to do 10, and it appears that it's going to be in the rain. Aarrrggghhhh!

Jackie

Aloha, Cousins!

Sorry I've been MIA -- just a ton going on with Dennis's surgery and super crazy-busy at work.

Dennis's recovery is going great! He had his first physical therapy session this morning, and was told he is in great shape and that will significantly help his recovery.

I'm plugging away with workouts and eating pretty well. I start my Half training on Saturday with my first LR of 6 miles. Since I do 5 twice a week, I don't think 6 is going to be too stressful. ;)

Jackie -- Sometimes we all just freak out due to the taper madness! It's ok, take a deep breath and you will get though it

Kathy -- The race sounds great, but so sorry to hear about your injury. I hope you heal quickly! :thumbsup2

JenB -- I hope you have/had a fabulous time at ToT! That sounds like great fun!

Jeanne -- How is our cruisin' babe? We want photos and stories! We know you have them! ::yes::

Mel -- I know you are busy getting shirts out. Thanks again for taking care of us! :goodvibes

Richard -- I believe you have the LongHorn Half Ironman just around the corner -- best of luck! :shamrock:

Julie, Debra, JenG, Jen & other cousins -- How's it goin'?

So, my Marathon Weekend trip is changing a bit -- Dennis wants to get off of Disney property asap, so we are moving to Universal on Sunday and staying until Wednesday. I'm looking forward to it -- I honestly prefer the rides at Uni, although I will miss some favorites and all the great atmosphere at WDW. I'm just glad he didn't think I'd agree to leaving Disney and going home. This is our time w/out the progeny, and I'm not giving up those days unless I have to! pirate:

So, any new favorite shows out there? Any great reads? My new tv favs so far are Flashforward and Three Rivers. I'm also very happy with Stargate Universe. The jury is still out on the 2nd season of Sanctuary...and I can't wait for the premiere of "V"!

I read Diana Gabaldon's An Echo in the Bone. I wasn't happy with all the jumping around, but I'm hoping the next one will work better for me. Karen Marie Monig's Dreamfever made me want to hit something the way it ended, eagerly awaiting her next, Shadowfever. I have a pile from the library just waiting for me, including the new Dan Brown, Sophie Kinsella, Joanne Fluke, JoAnna Carl and M.C. Beaton, plus The Complete Works of Sherlock Holmes. I would love to sit down and not get up until the weekend is over, but I have that pesky run and church :rolleyes1

Maria :upsidedow

I will definitely make time to read one or two! :lovestruc

Maria - Terrific news about Dennis! He'll be back out running in no time. Isn't it wonderful when 6 miles seems like an easy LR? I'm on the waiting list for Echo in the Bone, as well as the new Dan Brown and Pat Conroy. Kathy Reichs' 206 Bones is in the car waiting to be started. I haven't started any new series this season - am just trying to keep up with the regulars and am at least a week behind on Grey's, Brothers & Sisters, Private Practice, and Mad Men. I'm threatening to take a day off work to catch up on tv and read!

Jackie

Dexter, definitely...and I wish I could tell you why, cuz it's weird. It's on Showtime, about a blood spatter crime lab tech in miami who's also a serial killer. But he's a good serial killer, only kills bad people. We've been getting it through Netflix. I'm somewhere in the middle of season 2.

Also watching Legend of the Seeker from the book series.

Did we already talk about the House of Night books? I liked those better than Twilight. I think the latest one comes out next month.

Things are crazy busy around here, marching band, soccer, etc, etc. I was out of town last weekend for work. I'm doing a part-time writing thing, supposed to be teaching 3 endocrinology sections next month and gearing up for my regular class in Jan. Oh yeah, my Goofy training motivation is in the toilet. I'm supposed to do 12 this weekend, but TOT is only 8 so it's really messing me up. I didn't run last weekend...the hotel wanted $11 for me to run on the TM :scared1:

The shirts are all in the mail for anyone who has ordered!

Mel -- Received our shirts today, Thank You!

Love the House of Night Books -- I find them more engaging and realistic than Twilight, as odd as that sounds...

Now I'm going to have to get Dexter from Netflix. We don't get Showtime, just HBO.

Jackie -- Tivo is a blessing and a curse! I'm behind, too! I still have all last night's episodes to watch, last week's Friday shows, and assorted stuff I tape for ds. He loves the Duggars...at least I don't have to worry about him seeing anything he shouldn't with them!

DS is going to a costume Halloween birthday party, so dh and I are going out to dinner while he's there. He makes a very cute Merlinesque wizard -- that's ds, not Dennis!

It's Mexican for us tonight, good thing I have a LR tomorrow...enjoy your evening!

Maria :upsidedow

Richard -- I believe you have the LongHorn Half Ironman just around the corner -- best of luck! :shamrock:

You are correct, I am just now home from Longhorn 70.3 and it was a fabulous event and a difficult one as well, but I really had a good time--although my calves and quads would probably disagree. :rotfl: I'll post a proper report in a day or two (busy work day tomorrow, so it may have to wait...), but for now I am off to bed soon because I have been up since 3:15 this morning (plus that whole 70.3 mile thing) and I am tired!!!

OK, Team...here is my race report from the weekend. I'm sorry it got so long, and this is even the "trimmed down" version. :rotfl:

Sunday came early at 3:15, but I got up about 5 minutes later and got dressed. I ate a bit of oatmeal and an energy/protein bar and packed up for the trip to check in. We actually got to the arena a bit before they opened up. We turned in our "special needs" bags at an area where we could access as we started each loop of the 3 loop run. We caught the buses to the swim site and waited for body marking, after which we were allowed to set up our T1 area.

IMG_3247.jpg

Then we waited for 2 hours until the race stared by talking, rechecking the transition area, visiting a memorial to an athlete who was killed recently with his wife while on a bike ride together, and warming up...in other words, we kept ourselves occupied. Around 7:30 the first wave went off, and I excitedly waited for my wave (10 of 16) to begin.

Swim: Being a slower swimmer, I started in the back of my wave and pretty much stayed there. The lake was a good temperature and I swam without a wetsuit. I found myself veering out to the right several times on the counterclockwise loop, which is unusual because I usually drift to the left more than the right. Del passed me on the swim at a turn buoy and called out a supporting word to me (he started in the wave after mine). In the end I finished the 1.2 mile swim in 56:27, which I felt pretty good about since my goal was 55:00 minutes but I also figure I must have swam an extra couple hundred yards with my misdirected swimming.

T1: I took my time to get going right out of transition and exited in 5:56. My goal was 5:00 minutes, but I took the time to make sure I was good before I left.

Bike: This was without a doubt my favorite part of the race, even though I had some unusual troubles. I had a plan drink a 24 ounce bottle of Gatorade and eat an energy bar every hour, and that pretty much served me well. I think I actually drank between 4 and 4.5 bottles during my ride, which is greater than my plan, but I think I needed that extra nutrition and I felt good with that. I had no problems with the bottle hand outs as I rode by the aid station and thought those areas were generally well run by the volunteers. I tried to make a point to say a word of thanks to a number of the volunteers as I rode by them. While riding I found the time to slow down a bit on occasion and enjoy the scenery, seeing cows, horses, people, scenic hills, pastures... I really enjoyed this. Since I was unfamiliar with riding real hills like the ones I was experiencing, I experimented with trying several riding strategies for climbing the hills. Around mile 20 I had my first problem,I noticed a sharp sting on my upper left chest area and I noticed that I had flown into a bee and gotten stung. I shooed away the bee and moved on, not a major problem. After mile 30 my bike computer seemed to be reading incorrectly, I figured the sensor moved out of position a short bit ago at a bump in the road or the train tracks I had recently gone over, In either case I chose to ride on and not stop just to fix it. I knew I was riding at a pace that would put me about 25 minutes ahead of my planned rate, but since I did not want to overdo it too early I slowed down after mile 40, although it's hard to say exactly how fast I went. I was averaging about 15.8 mph through the first 30 miles and I finished at a 15.3 mph pace, so I figure that I averaged about 14.2 mph over the last 16 miles. I may have been better off stopping so I could reset my sensor to keep track of my pacing, but in the end I was fine. Late in the ride around mile 51 or so I had a couple of moments where I started to question my ability to continue to move the pedals, but I gathered myself and pushed on past that point. I finished the bike in 3:39:11, well ahead of my goal time of 3:55:00.

T2: Given my satisfaction with my bike ride, I took my time to situate myself (including putting on my Garmin GPS and heart rate monitor strap) and somehow spent a leisurely 7:40 (goal was 5:00 minutes) in the second transition zone, although quite a few people actually took longer than that! Running out of transition 2 and heading into the run took us into the middle of the arena and out to the run course. As I ran through I could see some of the faster early starters already finishing.

Run: The weather had been cooler earlier, and then it was cloudy, but now it was staring to get warm, but that doesn't really bother me, although I am now glad that I did stop and apply some sunscreen before leaving T2. The run was a great set up on a 3 loop course with a fantastic support base of multiple volunteer booths over an extended area at both the near end and far end of the loop from the arena. I reminded myself that my main goals were to finish and to enjoy myself, so I decided on a pace to run 1 minute then walk 1 minute, plus walking all uphills and running all downhills to keep my heart rate down and my attitude positive. I enjoyed interacting with the various volunteers and other racers. I also got to see the familiar faces of Heather and Del several times as we approached each other while going opposite directions on the loop. I was a bit surprised that I kept my upbeat attitude all the way to the end of the run as the last half loop got really tough, although I was more surprised that I averaged a 14:27 pace on a modified 1 minute run/1 minute walk plan. I finished the run in 3:09:22, where my original goal was an even 3 hours. I knew that I could have gone faster on this part, but I certainly would not have enjoyed it as much as I did!

Final Time: 7:58:38, My real goal was just to complete the event, but I am so happy to have met my personal time goal of 8:00:00 as well.

Overall, it was a very difficult experience but a very rewarding one as well, and at the end just to top things off as I left the arena area after just finishing, I crossed paths with a pro triathlete who told me I was awesome for finishing and then she reached up and "high-fived" me!

I am already considering my next 70.3 Half Ironman event for next year. However that will have to wait, for now I look forward to returning to my training after an appropriate rest period over the next few days. I still have a couple half marathons to finish before year's end with another PR goal to go after...

Richard just stopped over to catch up on our cousins, and read your report WOW! Very well done. Congrats! :thumbsup2

Debra~ Hey!! :woohoo:

Hope everyone is happy and healthy,

Jack

Fantastic RR, Richard! And might I say, quite the handsome photo...

Trying to get back into the swing of things. Too much work, and not enough motivation. I skipped my workout yesterday and today. Just couldn't get up. The big crunch is now over at work, so I can concentrate on my reading and Tivo!

I'm finally caught up on Grey's and Private Practice. If they don't do something to interest me on PP pretty soon, I'm going to dump it. It seems like a total dud to me. Violet and her baby issues are not compelling. If Dr. Bailey can cross over every week, I might consider it. Where has all the love gone on Grey's? Nary a kiss to be found in the last episode...

I've been kicked off the computer -- ds is doing a powerpoint for a presentation. Who knew 6th grade was so technologically advanced?

Maria :upsidedow

Richard - FABULOUS race report! And great job on the race too!

Maria - I'm caught up on Grey's, but 2 weeks behind on PP. I have to agree though - not much love right now. At least we did see Derek and Meredith together at the end of the show, but that was as close as it got!

Mel - I have to admit, I'm not missing band and soccer this year. We went to a couple of soccer games just to support the younger girls who were on DD's team last year, but had no ties so I could just chat with the parents and not care who scored or didn't. Went to one football game just to see the new uniforms and watch the show, but it was still in its early stages and not so good - didn't have to care!

AFM - Found out today that we're going to have all sorts of complications with the pending sale of the company, particularly where vacation time is concerned. When they cut our salary earlier this year they "generously" gave us 3 additional vacation days to be used any time prior to 1/31/10. Just found out we're not going to get the 3rd day at all, and if we don't use the other 2 very soon we'll lose them as well. Additionally, any vacations scheduled in January may have to be taken non-paid. Hmmmm? Anyone have a vacation coming up in January? Hello?????? I've only had it on the calendar since July... I was so angry when I got home that I went out and ran 5 miles at an average pace of 11:38, and that included the walk breaks!

Jackie

Hello dear Ohana cousins....will I ever find the time to post regularly again?!?

Richard: Way to go on the Half Ironman....YOU ROCK!:worship::worship: (and I have to agree with maria...you ARE looking good these days! ;))

Jackie: this is one of those times when "tough love" needs to be applied....and swiftly! Sit that girl down right now and let her know what's in store for her if she quits school. It might even be a god idea to have the BF sit down with her. I'll say a prayer it all goes well.
Way to go on the 24-miler. If you can go that distance without the enthusiasm of marathon spectators and entertainers, you will do marvelously on race day. Thanks for that link.....I love the new ATT race, but I am not scheduling anything for next year until the weddings are over.

Maria: pixie dust to Dennis...how is he feeling?

AFM: Right now I am alternating between sheer panic and joyous excitement. It is still 5 days away and already I can't sleep. I keep thinking of those 5 bridges and I start to quiver. Then I think of how awesome it is going to be and I can't wait. Basically, I don't want it to be OVER.....I just want it to be HERE already! I also have a favor to ask......if somebody here has a FB account and they know that I finished successfully, could you please post it on my wall. I will not have a computer and all my kids will be with me until late that night. My bib# is 62607 and I expect to finish around 5:15 EST.

As for the cruise, we had a great time despite the horrible weather. It rained everyday, including our beach day at Castaway Cay. As usual, I had a blast with Nancy even with the severely restricted alcohol consumption. And I did NOT gain any weight, which is a first for me. Of course, I waited 3 days before I weighed myself, but it's all good. John and I did the 5K on Castaway Cay. It was hot and we took it slow, so out of about 15-20 runners we came in dead last! Got a cute little Magical Moments certificate delivered to our stateroom for doing it. I haven't even looked at my photos yet, but Nancy's camera has some good ones of us at Carlos and Charlies that I know you'll want to see. (I said restricted, not totally eliminated!)

That's it for now....so much to do.

Aloha, Cousins!

My big push at work is finally over, and I'm taking a few minutes for me! I'll hit the papers again tomorrow morning, but for now I'm taking a break. ;)

I just ate a giant brownie, so I guess I can't really say I'm following my eating plan...:rolleyes1 It would also probably help if I made friends with the TM again. Maybe tomorrow...

Jeanne -- So sorry you had rotten weather for the cruise...more time to stay inside and drink your cares away? :thumbsup2 I cannot believe your marathon is finally here!! This is so exciting! I can't wait to see you and I know you are going to totally rock it out! :cool1: Dennis is feeling pretty good. The PT is kicking his butt, but that's good. I think he thought it would be easy since he is so fit in general, but he's finding he does need the rehab.

Jackie -- Is Mark Sloan on some sort of leave? He's barely been on this year. I miss my McSteamy! My favorite is Major Hottie, and I've barely seen him, either. I don't care about the Mercy West people...:sad2: We'd better enjoy MerDer while we can, I'm sure she'll be completely gone for awhile after she delivers. It's pretty hard to miss her pregnancy. :rotfl:

Jack -- Thanks for stopping by! Always great to hear from our friends! :grouphug:

Richard -- Already talking about your next PR...you are an Ironman! :yay:

Mel -- Did you pick up Tempted yet? It's not even on our library's list yet, and I'm tempted *pun intended* to pick it up at the book store...:goodvibes

Shoutouts to all the Jens, Julie, Debra, Denny, Robert, and others! popcorn::
