Team Mickey - Biggest Loser "No Excuses" 2012 Challenge

Wow-- can't miss a day 'round here. Finally caught up to today and that'll help me find my place later. Had an old girl pass away on us yesterday, I knew it was coming but still a shock.

She was just a great all around kitty-- never gave us any problems ever once. At least she died comfortably and didn't suffer much. Husband found her sleeping in my sons bed in the morning so she died in her sleep. she was about 15. Her name was Trixie but I called her Sis because she would follow my son around 9most likely because he always had food lol).

Anyway doing ok. Got brussel sprouts at Costco and husband made them-- I forgot how good those things are. Went for a walk last night--the moon was really full and pretty.

Popping over from Team Donald to say that I am sorry for the loss of your cat. She is beautiful. Pets really do become members of the family, and it so hard when then pass.

Really, it was no big deal on Donald. It was two people who had a bad day at the same time. Stuff like this happens, and honestly it was over pretty quickly. Not even worth getting excited about. Definitely not worth worrying about.:goodvibes We've all made nice and moved on.:goodvibes I definitely did not have my big girl pants on and responded a little more cranky than I normally would have, and before I could delete it, someone quoted me....so I was caught being cranky. That will teach me!:rotfl:

I now return you to your regularly scheduled weight loss thread.:goodvibes

ETA...I just realized I put ALOT of smileys in this post! :)

You can never have too many smilies in your post! ::yes:: Well, except if you are the smilie police. ;)

Nice to see you Team Donald folks posting here! :thumbsup2

Hi Team Mickey! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. :goodvibes We were super busy yesterday with basketball games, and first baseball pracitce (love how some sports start to overlap this time of year;) I did treat myself to some pizza with the kids last night

QOTD-I am trying to plan my meals as I sit here enjoying my coffee. I do much better, eating wise and budget wise if I plan our dinners for the week. I try to do several crock pot meals through the week, especially the nights that sports and dance are going on. I have a super easy one...if anyone wants it.

4-5 chicken breasts, sprinkled with cumin, little bit of pepper
Cover with 1 can black beans(rinsed) and 1 jar salsa
Cook all day on low. You can eat on salad, low carb tortillas, or make baked nachos. It comes out really tender and my DH and kids love it!

Sounds very yummy! Thanks for sharing! :flower3:

Well, I am making a grocery list for when I get to WalMart/Publix in Florida on Wednesday. The only plan for a workout I have right now is to walk (or swim :cloud9:) whenever possible. I really have no idea what my schedule will be for the first few days. I have planned out what I'm going to eat at the two or three places I will be eating on Tuesday.

Unfortunately, I don't really make any meals ahead, but while I was at school I would plan a meal ahead of time. I hope to start doing that again when y schedule has some stability.

Well first you need to move and then you can do some planning when you settle down. :cool2:

Hi, everyone! I'm finally popping in to introduce myself.

I've decided that I'm sick of never wanting to be in photos, sick of clothes shopping being miserable (and not being able to buy the cute clothes at WDW!), and sick of not being happy with who I am.

On Dec 27, DH & I assembled our elliptical machine and have been using it since then. Between actually exercising & counting calories, I've lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks :thumbsup2

I'm using an iPhone app called Lose It! and it has been really helpful. Hopefully that plus this challenge will help me reach my goal of a total loss of 80 lbs.

I look forward to getting to know you all. :goodvibes

:welcome: Annette! Sounds like you are off to a super start! :yay:

I wanted to give a quick response to everyone's post for one day and it is hard! People that do this in their trip reports are awesome! I don't know how they keep up.

I caught the last few posts from yesterday. Team Mickey is the best!

Great job with all the replies -- it won't always be like a full time job! :rotfl:

Good morning Team MICKEY!! How are you all doing?????? I just wanted to pop on in and say hello and say I miss having us all together and seeing all my old friends!! Not that any of us would be able to keep up with one thread for all of us, so I know it needs to be this way.

Thanks for stopping by my friend.

wish I could go back in time and tell my old teenager self to chill out and enjoy it while it lasts. Being an adult is over-rated. :)

Isn't that the truth? :lmao:

I agree with the one pound thing, it seems so small but 1 lb a week adds up and before you know it you'll be saying wow I've lost 5 pounds ;)

Very, very good point! :goodvibes

Our 4th anniversary just passed a few days ago (LOL, we've been together nearly 15 years though LOL). It was absolutely spectacular! Everything I dreamed and more!

And your wedding pictures are beautiful! :bride:

LTS, hope that you are feeling better soon! :flower3:

I'm on a roll today... I found 3 jobs to apply for. I will wait to apply on Tuesday only because my DS will be waking up from his nap soon and I really need to concentrate for that.

Still trying to come up with a title for my PTR... any ideas? We are going for the F&G festival for the 3rd time, but its our first time going in May...

Hey Mickeys!

TOM is kicking me today. I'm not sure why either. The only thing that I can thing of is when I organized my meds for the week last night, I forgot to take one of them. :confused3 The vertigo is exhausting. :headache:

Now, I can't say today has been a total loss. All of my laundry is put away (I think) and my bedroom looks much better. I found a bunch of clothing to donate and at least one pair of pants in each of the next 4 smaller sizes. I didn't realize I had so much clothing.

Tonight's dinner is chicken enchiladas. I told my parents at lunch and what does my mom say? "Did I approve of that?" :rotfl2: She's fine with it. She just had to put in her two cents. Unlinke all of you, they were not nearly as impressed with my menu planning. I was so proud of myself and appreciate all the kind words. Sometimes it would be nice if I got some credit IRL. Ah, who cares? I have all of you! :thumbsup2

I now need to organize the pantry so all the GF food is accessible and not on top of wheat products. I'm off to do that.

BBL.

QOTD: How are YOU planning ahead for this week? Grocery shopping? Listing out your meals/snacks? Planning out your workouts?

Due to paychecks I shop for 2 weeks at a time..typically. So I went shopping last Monday so shopping is done.
My meals are planned in 13-14 day menus. I don't typically follow it to the letter. It just lets me know what I have the stuff for. Then I cook from that whatever sounds good that day.
Exercise is me on the elliptical at home, so my only planning is making sure I actually get on the darn thing.

QOTD (extra): It is SO beneficial to your healthy living lifestyle to have make ahead meals (well, it is for me). What's your favorite make ahead meal? Would you share your recipe?

At lot of our meal are make ahead due to our schedule. My girls have gymnastics practice Monday-Friday from 4-8 and then with the commute (45 minutes) they typically don't get home until 9. If I'm driving, our dinners usually consist on stuff in the crock pot or things I can do early and reheat when we get home (like chili, casseroles, lasagna, etc). If I am not the driver, then I try to cook so it is ready when they get home.
Yes, we are very late eaters due to schedules. But we are also a homeschool family, so the girls can stay up a little bit to digest their food before bedd, because they don't have to get up super early.

I want to thank all the Team Donald folks who have been popping on the Team Mickey thread to say hello. :flower3: It's nice to see everyone because we all have so much to share and learn from one another, regardless of what team we are on. So I would like to encourage all of you Team Mickey folks to say hello to our fellow Biggest Losers on the Team Donald thread and to stop worrying about the post counts.

You have picked a wonderful place to get started on your healthy living journey! This is a very supportive and active group. You will laugh, you will cry and hopefully through it all you will lose—all on the way to a healthier you!

In the spirit of that philosophy I would like to share an email that I received from sparkpeople.com

It's never too late--in fiction or in life--to revise - Nancy Thayer, author

Parting with unforgiving ways

Consider the things in your life that you feel are irreversible or too embarrassing to touch upon. The path of least resistance is often the wrong choice, especially when admitting to someone else that you were wrong. Is there anyone in your life that you need to apologize to? Clearing up disagreements--no matter how far removed--frees both parties to move forward in a more healthy way. Not to mention it improves relationships of all kinds. Pride isn't something that is easy to part with, but being unforgiving can eat away at a friendship or marriage. Good relationships have boundless benefits, so work to make them the best they can be!

The hallmark of a BL challenge is that it is a positive, supportive place.
I'm thinking it's time for us to all hold hands and sing "Kum-ba-ya" now. :hippie:
So I would like to encourage all of you Team Mickey folks to say hello to our fellow Biggest Losers on the Team Donald thread and to stop worrying about the post counts.

This is one heck of a full moon this month! :lmao:

Well, I can get back on track now. Been a crazy last few days. Friday I got called in to sub so there went my lovely clean the house plan the meals do the shopping day. After work had just enough time grab a leftover bagel/cream cheese, pick up DH and head up the freeway to our kids' basketball games. Traffic was atrocious and missed the first half of DS2's. After the games we hit a Burgerville (mmmmmm) DSs and a friend we gave a ride to absolutely scarfed their meals--teenage boys . I had a small chocolate milkshake (to die for!) and we split a small order of their waffle fries. Got home close to 11 PM.

Sat. DS2 had to be at church at noon for a rehearsal of a 2 o'clock service. We went to that then we had a dinner at 6 with a group from church. Ate at a restaurant and talked about how lovely the service had been (our deacon was ordained; DS was a reader). Didn't have any dessert, but the group ordered appetizers and pretty much everything was fried (but oh so delicious). I brought home over half of my chicken (ate all my veggies) so will probably split that with DH for lunch today.

Two basketball games and a band concert to plan for during this coming week. Plus Friday I have to make dinner for the varsity basketball team. I sub until 3:15 that day so am thinking it'll be a cold dinner--something I can just grab out of the fridge and head over to school. One year I did Subway, gave the kids their own order forms then took those to the store. I may price that again.

Though I'd taken down all the holiday decorations yesterday (kinda did it in 10 minutes here 10 minutes there), but this morning got up and found some more! Glad I didn't take the boxes to the attic yesterday! We joke that those poor wise men travel all over the house and finally get to the manger on January 6th, then January 7th are boxed up!

Well, I should go accomplish something. Besides walking the dog am not sure what I'm going to do for exercise--definitely need something aerobic after all my eating--roll me to the Y!

Hi Team Mickey Just wanted to say hello to my friends over here.

Lisa I am ready to start singing. It takes me back to my Girl Scout Days.

I am fine. I had a stomach virus this week right when I was taking ds to meet his friends on his way to Gambia. He left on the 2nd and will be back on the 13th. We have heard from him twice so far and all seems to be going okay.

Have a happy and healthy day.

:lmao: Yep, I was a Girl Scout, too, Dona!

Sorry to hear that you had the stomach bug.

Sending you tons of pixiedust: until your DS returns. What a wonderful opportunity and experience for him, even if it is a bit tough on his folks.

I've become a lot better at planning our meals on a weekly basis. I'm currently a Six O'Clock Scramble subscriber, and I'll pull 2-3 recipes from that on any given week. They are typically very healthy and include all the nutritionals, which helps a lot! I usually shop over lunch on Fridays, when I pick up some yummy fresh sushi and seaweed salad at Wegmans (my lunchtime treat!). Other planning tools I use are my make-aheads (see below) and a few select cookbooks (Cooking Light (the kids one), WW, Deceptively Delicious, etc.). I'm debating whether I'll renew Six O'Clock Scramble - it makes things so easy, but I do have all these great books I could be using much more!

Make-aheads. Well, I don't make a ton of things ahead here due to a time and space challenge - with one exception. I try to do a Let's Dish session once per month. It's one of those services where you go to their location and fix up your meals, then take them home to your freezer. We have a side-by-side fridge/freezer, so space is a serious issue. So I do four entrees, split, for a total of eight dinners. Those typically serve three people - and our two DDs count as one serving, really. I find they're very cost effective for us, and it encourages us to try some new things. I also love that they publish WW points and points plus for their meals - I can rule some out right off the bat, but there are always lots of great choices. I'll stop sounding like a commercial now. :)

Welcome, Annette, from another Virginian (granted, a transplant ;)). Your great start is inspiring! Way to go!

She was just a great all around kitty-- never gave us any problems ever once. At least she died comfortably and didn't suffer much.

I'm so sorry! We have two little feline furbabies here, and they are so precious. It's hard to say goodbye to them even when you know their time has come.

I have to crow a little bit because I've never had such a great weekend for exercise, and it's all down to the HH challenge. I don't think I'd have pushed myself if it weren't for that little competitive edge! :) Yesterday was gorgeous, up over 60 here, so we had outdoor activity and a great Just Dance session (DDs have just starting doing it with me, which is a lot of fun - I also like that they see me getting exercise). We did that again today after church, and then I broke my 30-minute speed record on the exercise bike thanks to an exciting football game (Go Giants!).

Foodwise, I've been OP so far this weekend. This morning, I had just two clementines and a banana because we were running out the door to church. Drank 24 oz of water during the service. Then the girls really wanted to go to CA Tortilla for lunch - kids eat free at our location on Sundays - so off we went. I knew what I was going to order to stay on plan, and I was also able to get the nutritional calculator up on my phone to confirm the info and calculate the points. :thumbsup2

Tonight I'm making a Six O'Clock Scramble ravioli lasagna for dinner, at 8 PointsPlus/serving.

Next weekend will pose a whole 'nother challenge - we'll be headed to my mother-in-law's for the weekend! NO issues there at all - we have a great relationship. But it's a location where I have a harder time making good food choices and getting exercise. I did a little research today, though, and found that there's a Y right near her house, and I can do a guest visit for $10. Not the cheapest for a walk-in workout, but I think if I can do that on Saturday, it'll be well worth it. We also eat out a lot, and I know I'll go over for at least 1-2 of the days we're there, but hopefully I can balance that with a great rest of the week!

Afternoon Team Mickey ::MickeyMo

Technology and I are NOT getting along today. My enter key and "C" key on my keyboard are sticking on my desktop. Its a cheap-o keyboard from Wally World. We've sprayed it down with the keyboard cleaner stuff but it still seems to be having issues. Looks like I am going to have to break down and buy one directly from Dell.

Luckily I have my laptop to fall back on but I'm used to the big screen on my desktop. I'm blind as a bat .

Wally World trip went well. I knew it was going to be kind of high. I had to buy a few spices and other items that weren't food related. Overall I'd say we didn't do bad considering that's suppose to be everything we need for a month. We'll have to restock on the normal stuff: bread, milk, etc but for the most part all the shopping is done.

I was going to eat my usual lunch but we grabbed a Hormel meat/cheese/cracker tray from the deli section. We opened that up after coming home and I ate some of that for lunch. I was hungry but not starving or anything.

I've got a good portion of my workout done for the day. I walked over half a mile just grocery shopping. Yesterday was my weigh in and challenge for my BL kinect game. So this means today is Day 1 of Week 2. My pedometer is at 0.75 right now so I'm sure I'll get my mile logged for sure today. I still need to get laundry taken care of so I'm off to do that.

BBL...

Well, I could post what I was supposed to do, but I guess I'll go with the reality instead. I am not doing anything that is overtly healthy this weekend. I spent today in my jammies, feeling a little sorry for myself, and contemplating all the changes I want to make in my life. My food choices were abominable, and although I expect I should feel quite guilty, instead I just feel like it was inevitable.

So, tomorrow will be more of the same. The meals we have planned are not healthy, and no exercise for me, unless you consider a :cheer2: when the playoff team I'm rooting for scores.

On the bright side, I am determined that by Monday, I am going to decide which element of my life I most need to change, and get started. I have so many things I feel I need to work on, I am overwhelmed. Plus, I had a pretty stressful week at work, and I got a few work e-mails today which made it seem like I was not getting a break. When I try to do to much, I just shut down. Literally, I will probably sleep 12 hours tonight. My body just shuts off when I have too much stress. With any luck :shamrock: I will wake up tomorrow, with a plan having come to me. I guess that would be the best thing to get healthy choices started!

Maria :upsidedow

Hey, we all have those days. Weekends are very difficult for me. at least you are planning to get back on track tomorrow.

I'm sorry to hear about your kitty. It's always hard to lose a loved one. Thanks to your post, I will be making brussel sprouts tonight. I have never had them as I had always heard they were nasty. I remember reading a thread on the CB where soembody posted a roasted sprouts recipe, so I am going to try them.

Congratulations on such a great exercise week!

Today I slept in and missed church sicne I couldn't sleep last night. I felt like I had things crawling on my face (itching). I can't wait for this stupid thing to go away. I also was having stupid hot flashes from the steroids, which also equalled out to weird dreams.

I am proud of myself, today I will have officially logged food for an entire week. I don't know if I have ever done that before! I am excited because I even logged when I was not 100% on plan. Last night I was having the munchies really bad, either because we had an early dinner or from the stupid steroids. I looked at my BodyMedia and saw that I had exactly my calorie deficit, and that was enough to stop me from grabbing a snack. I was very proud of myself.

QOTD: Today is raking leaves with the hubby since the weather is nice. I do Jenny Craig so I don't have to make stuff ahead. I found that I just didn't have the time and that wasn't working. My make ahead consists of getting salads ready for the week. I normally get a bag of prewashed spinach or dole Garden salad (I will not get anything with iceberg lettuce as it has pretty much no nutritional value). I then add in various ingredients like chopped up peppers or purple snap peas. I try to stick to vegetables only so I am not adding a bunch of calories. I then measure out 2 tbsp. of dressing into those small 1/2 cup gladware containers so that it is perfectly portioned.

I did want to post the before photo I put on my WISH journal (which has been sadly neglected). This is from October when I was a vampire for my theme park's haunted house. I havent' decided if I am going back to rides or entertainment this year. (I did both last year, and was a lead for rides the previous two seasons). If I do go back to entertainment my goal is to have more costume choices for Haunt. Due to being short and fat, I had a hard time findign a costume that fit. If it was wide enough, it was way too long. If it was the right length, it was too skinny. I like the costume I had, but it would have looked better if I were thinner.

Hello team mickey haven't posted since I introduced myself. I need to plan a time to read this thread daily.

Sent in my weight today I did pretty good.

I do drink my water everyday it is the exercise I have trouble with (I did walk two times during the week)

I think what has helped me the most this week is that I only ate out once this week (My mom went and bought us pizza and greek salad because I was working half the day building her new computer desk/that was kinda a work out-it was a lot of work for me)

I also put more thought into what I was eating. I ate lots more vegis. Two meals this week were meatless. One night I ate a big salad first then served the rest of my meal)

I will continue to drink my water, and put more thought into what I eat. I need to work on the exercise. I am a preschool teacher and I am tired when I get home. The days I did walk I did feel good after I just need to get up and do it. (I also have a gym membership)

My exercise goal is to be able to hike up Cowles mountain. It is a three mile hike (1.5 up then to get back) I used to hike this mountain every Sunday and now I don't think I could make it half way.

Well since I was so far in reading I scanned thru a lot of pages this morning. (I am figuring out a good time to read daily)

Noticed many people on WW. It is does work that is how I lost my weight a few years back. Would like to rejoin but not in the budget just yet.

I think journaling really helped because when I had a bad week I could look back at what I ate.

I am going to try the roasted garbanzo beans sounded yummy.

I love greek yogurt (but not the plain kind and if I do get the plain I always add fruit and a little sweetner) Never tried adding sugar free jello to give it flavor just might have to try that.
I don't get the FF yogurt. I don't eat a lot of "diet" type foods. I would rather eat something that I enjoy but eat less of it and watch my serving sizes.
that being said I do drink crystal light at times when I am getting tired of water. i don't like wasting calories on liquids.

I will also add flavored ice to my water. Love drinking ice cold water and the ice adds just enough flavore. My grocery stores sells lemon, lime, and tangerine flavored ice.

I especially wanted to wishGretchen good luck on the CP and I look forward to following your blog. I can't believe the day is almost here, and I didn't want to forget to say good by and good luck. Though it's not really goodbye cause I'm sure you'll still be here, but I hope you have the most magical and amazing experience there and all your dreams about it come true.:goodvibes

Thanks! I appreciate everyone's positive thoughts. :goodvibes I'll definitely still be around. :thumbsup2

Wow-- can't miss a day 'round here. Finally caught up to today and that'll help me find my place later. Had an old girl pass away on us yesterday, I knew it was coming but still a shock.

 So sorry to hear this. Several years ago we had to put our 18 year old cat to sleep; she was diabetic and just not doing so well anymore.

Well first you need to move and then you can do some planning when you settle down. :cool2:

This is true. It would help if WalMart would put this week's ad online already!

:lmao: Yep, I was a Girl Scout, too, Dona!

Me too!

We used to do this type of thing. The first place closed after a few months. The next one was Mr. Food's No Fuss Meals and we really liked them, but they closed after a couple of years. The third place we tried we just didn't care for and they ended up closing too. :confused3

Went for a walk last night--the moon was really full and pretty.

aw, so sorry for the loss of your kitty

I am avoiding meal planning by reading both threads....:rolleyes1

hi rose! nice to see you on here!

It's amazing how much better you feel when you are eating healthy (for the most part -see my new "diet" love below)!

Have any of you tried the new Skinny Cow treats? Oh my! They are TDF. I have a major sweet tooth, and these are wonderful. The peanut butter bars are delish! :)

yes! eating healthy DOES make you feel better! i try to stay away from the skinny cow treats because i know i won't just eat one and be done. i'll eat the whole box!:rolleyes1 so i just need to stay away!

I did it! I finished my weekly meal plan.

Today - Pasta w. veggies and sausage

Tomorrow- Hubby's Pick

Tuesday - Honey Sesame Chicken with brown rice

Wednesday - Beef Stew

Thursday's - DS's pick (grilled cheese or baked chicken nuggets with salad)

Friday- Pizza

One of my biggest problems is finding recipes that are healthy that everyone will eat. We don't really have the time to cook different things for dinner so it has to be something that everyone will eat. With our schedules being a bit off on W. T. and F. (my hubby and son tend to get home before I do so they eat without me) my son usually gets to eat one of his favorites on Thursday.

nice work planning out your week. i just did the same and sent hubby out to the grocery store!

And for those of you who were interested in the Runner's World article on how losing just a tad can help your speed in a race here is the link

http://www.runnersworld.com/article...-_-Content-Nutrition-_-RunAtYourFastestWeight

Even if you aren't a runner, it is good information about how just a small change can add up to making your life much easier and enjoyable! :goodvibes

really interesting! i'm only just back to running in the last two days and very out of shape but i can tell that carrying this extra 25 lbs is really slowing me down. i'll need to work on losing so i can beat my 2:22 half marathon time.

I'm on a roll today... I found 3 jobs to apply for. I will wait to apply on Tuesday only because my DS will be waking up from his nap soon and I really need to concentrate for that.

Still trying to come up with a title for my PTR... any ideas? We are going for the F&G festival for the 3rd time, but its our first time going in May...

how about something how you'll be super skinny by the time your trip rolls around in may, all because of your wonderful biggest loser friends...:rotfl:

BBL.

CC

chicken enchiladas. yum! i hope you feel better too!

But we are also a homeschool family, so the girls can stay up a little bit to digest their food before bedd, because they don't have to get up super early.

ah, yes, crockpot meals. i need to start using mine again. i have so many unhealthy crockpot recipes though. need to figure out how to make them healthier.

The hallmark of a BL challenge is that it is a positive, supportive place.
I'm thinking it's time for us to all hold hands and sing "Kum-ba-ya" now. :hippie:

all kidding aside, i think this quote is really important. it's these relationships i've formed here on the DIS and specifically on the WISH board that has kept me motivated and happy with my body and what it can do!

Besides walking the dog am not sure what I'm going to do for exercise--definitely need something aerobic after all my eating--roll me to the Y!

shoo! you're one busy lady!

Have a happy and healthy day.

it must be hard having him so far away!
thanks for stopping in to say hi!

all interesting stuff and good tips on how to prepare for the week.

nice job with the working out.

and yes, GO BIG BLUE!!!! bring on those packers!

Afternoon Team Mickey ::MickeyMo

BBL...

go get that mile done! you're so close!

I like the costume I had, but it would have looked better if I were thinner.

ooooooo!!! coooolll!!!!! very creepy!

It is a three mile hike (1.5 up then to get back) I used to hike this mountain every Sunday and now I don't think I could make it half way.

nice to see you back here. looks like you're on the right track!!!

********************************************

GO BIG BLUE! just watched the giants game and i'm very happy. i actually convinced DH to take DS to see thomas the train at the botanical gardens by himself so i could watch the game. i blamed it on not wanting to take the baby out since we were out all day yesterday. lol!

i hope everyone's having a healthy day today. i did a run/walk for 3 miles today and have logged all my food. i did have pizza for lunch but instead of the three pieces i normally would have demolished i had one slice. i consider that a win. tonight it's breaded chicken cutlet with a sweet potato and a veggie.

off to fold some laundry and then feed the baby. enjoy your sunday evening!

Okay, here's the plan for suppers this week:

Tonight: grilled chicken, salad

Monday: beef stew, rice

Tuesday - soup (gotta go to the dentist)

Wednesday - chicken strips, salad

Thursday - omelet (I love breakfast for dinner!)

Friday - fish, fries

Saturday - grilled cheese

Sunday - ham, potatoes, veggies
