Hey, I saw that tumbleweed blow through two days ago! It's REALLY quiet! LOL
So, Twilight was really good. I liked it, but the poor husband of the lady next to me.

He didn't care for it, I think! He kept saying things like, "Oh, give me a break!" "Puh-lease." "Good Lord." LOL. Bob was very amused later when I told him about this guy! He said, "So, I wouldn't have liked it?" HA! Well, it's not really a "guy" movie, that's for sure. I am just glad that I finally got to see it, as I'm sure I'm the last person on EARTH that did!
Saw some GREAT scenes! A new movie with Nic Cage (OH! Bestill my heart!) called Knowing that looks really good! And the scenes to Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince! I could barely contain myself when they showed those! WOW!!!!
But, the real story was the MALL. This theatre is not our favorite. It's in a mall that USED to be really nice. ( I actually worked there for a brief time a few years ago ) Well, there is a HUGE gang problem now. I mean HUGE. When I left the theatre (my movie got out about an hour before Bob and GUs') there were 10-12 police PLUS mall security. They were checking to see if you had tickets, and then they were checking ids. They had a LARGE group of teenagers there, mostly URBAN looking (I AM NOT racist, in the least but you know gang kids when you see them, right?) standing off to the side of the theatre entrance. It was very unsettling as some of the kids were right up in the police men's faces yelling. I quickly left the area and went to the counter at Johnny Rocket's for a soda. I asked the kids working there, if this was always like this??? They said, yeah, on most nights (it was only 9 PM!!!) and that it's gotten WAY worse over the last couple of months. I said, "So they have to have a dozen REAL cops here every night???" They said, "No, that was because they had a knife fight about 30 mins ago and they had to mop up blood and everything!" OMG.
So, needless to say, I won't be going back to that mall at night. I cannot imagine how they could let it get to this point. It's so sad. Wose, there were a LOT of kids who I KNOW had parents drop them off to see a movie. I would have probably let SD do it too. NOT NOW!
Whew, so that was a ramble.
Sorry. Bob and Gus are sleeping. SD went to a friend's house last night. The thermometer says 47 degrees, it's incredibly foggy out! The weather is CRAZY. I have to get both boys to music lessons for 11 am today.
I'll pop in later!
