Thanks, T2. The last I talked to anyone, they were still planning on a stomach scope and back x-rays, but those hadn't happened yet. Mom does say that the Power of Attorney papers are in order, though, and she knows what he wants if it comes to it (which is DNR...)

Tell me about it! They sometimes release more tickets closer to game time -- the ones returned by the opposing team. But they're still expensive. I've got some friends with season tickets and I keep telling them to keep us in mind if they have to miss a game!

i was off the computer, but the kids are watching the new little mermaid movie (well my 10yr old isn't, he's playing star wars on the ps2), so i figured i'd get my dis time in.

Annie had a few meltdowns today after school! I think the week of full time K reared its ugly head...shes fine now. I cant wait to sleep in tomorrow!
I took a nap today too!!
I`m bored silly being home...I dont know what to do with myself. I have to make lists and notes and stuff..I`m not a hugely self motivated person...
gotta get myself busy!!

Trying to decide what to have for dinner...Steve will be home from football around 7. I`ve got to get outside and cover the Jeep and get ready for Hanna. shes visiting us late Saturday...yippee....

How are you doing down there Katt? how far in land is Roanoke?

We are in the SW part of Va.. a 4 1/2 hour drive.. or about an hour 20 as the crow flies.. and there are a couple of Mt Ridges between us and the ocean... HOWEVER.. shoulda storm of any type come UP through Tennessee we get creamed.
We will feel some rain from Hanna but not expecting much wind.. at this time. Subject to change... as the Hurricane Swirls

Hi Ed! I got my mail today, but it was full of bills. Should I be expecting something??

DD4 had quite the meltdown today too. Must be a Friday thing. She's only in school until 1pm, but it's an hour and a half longer than last year, so it's still an adjustment. We'll see how she does next year. One good thing did happen at preschool today though. She got chosen to be the "Star of the Week" next week. She gets to bring a bunch of stuff in from home and tell her class all about her family, pets, favorite toys, foods, etc. And she gets to be line leader and all kinds of other things. I'm not sure how they're doing it this year, but last year it was by birthday and she was near the end. I'm wondering if she was chosen because they know she might need some extra attention next week while Mommy is in the hospital? Either way, she's very excited and I love her teachers!
