So, I finally told witchy poo, Buh bye! At first she was so gracious, I was like um where did the real witchy poo go , but as the day wore on and she realized how many people knew before and the impact to her personally I sensed some anger. Oh well, I'm on to bigger and better things.

ETA: SOrry almost forgot a belated Happy Mother's Day to all you Mom's!!!!!

Evening All! Kathy glad you found your keys! I thought I was the only one who lost keys !! The best was when I lost my bank card and called and cancelled it only to find it the next in my PJ drawer ????? Had to fall in ,I know I didn't put it there!!!

Kat: You're welcome I know it's not the same but when my Grandmother passed, it was really hard to enjoy holidays. She raised me pretty much, so it was like losing my mom in a way. She passed on the day after Thanksgiving. It still hurts but it helps knowing that people care and trying to remember the good stuff. She made a KILLER baked Mac and Cheese! So, I think about that.
I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you.

Glad everyone survived the tornados. The TV footage is SKEERY. We moved to Peoria, IL the same week that the F5 hit Plainfield. We drove through (seems morbid now, but I had lived in NE all my life and never seen tornado damage...) the town. It was terrifying. It pulled the asphalt up off the highway! I hope to NEVER see anything like that again.

Is anyone doing anything fun tonight? I am going to lurk about here and there tonight. I've been wanting to read some new TR's so I am subbing to a couple. I should update my Pre-Tr too!

Take care you guys! Oh, and thanks on the opinions about the paint. I like the Rumbly Tumbly orange too but I'm afraid it would be like being inside an ORANGE!

MO: YES! Although my DH calls me "the person under the stairs." That was a horror movie in the 80's or 90's. The People Under the Stairs. I couldn't go in my basement for like 3 years without RUNNING top speed UP and DOWN the stairs. CREEPY. Hence the need for a HAPPY color for my room!!!!

Swim class is over... Sara kicked the "Star Tweeny Stud's" b u tt tonight. He is 12 Sara is 9.
They had a race and first lap was the "crawl" but the second lap was the "dolphin" and all the lead he had.... GONE GONE GONE. She wound up beating him by 5 seconds coming from around 8 seconds behind.

Anne Boleyn died. I know.......shocking........read the book anyway, Lessa! It really was a good story, and I'm reading the second one now. It is about Anne of Cleves and Katherine Howard.

Oh---I just read this:
Anne's body and head were put into an arrow chest and buried in an unmarked grave in the Chapel of St. Peter ad Vincula which adjoined the Tower Green. Her body was one that was identified in renovations of the chapel under the reign of Queen Victoria, so Anne's final resting place is now marked in the marble floor.

Have u seen this Jo?? Well, go tomorrow and take a pic of it for me!

My horrible english class with my horrible english teacher whose doctorate has gone to her head is O-V-E-R with!!!!!!!!!!
I just took the final exam. Now lets hope that I passed that final exam.

Now on to finish my estate planning and probate class with my blessing of a teacher who gave me an extention to finish the class because of the wicked witch mentioned above.

Morning, all... Today's Baylie's last day braces-free. Poor girl. I'm taking the kids out to lunch so she can eat what she wants. She'll have to be on soft foods for a week.
Other than that, we're on our summer school scheudle, which is just History and math until mid-August, so we have time to chill and get out work done slowly.
I have a meeting tonight I'm kind of "hosting" since our homeschool groups president is at Disney World right now. It's a end-of-year social and book sale.

What are you all up to today?
BTW- I updated my TR last night if anyone's lacking for something to do today.

It is beautiful day here today. Sun is shining and it is going up to 75 I have the second half of a training this morning for 4 hours. (good time for a nap ) and then a meeting at 2:00. I will check in with you all later.

So- I guess we're going to the Orthodontist today in 2 hours. Baylie's been having a lot of jaw pain, so she asked to go today instead of tomorrow. I hope this will help the jaw problem. I hate for my baby to be in pain.

This happened to me last week...only on a grosser and more crazy level. I went and got lunch for myself and several teachers that I work with. I came back and set my credit card on the table in our lounge, wrapped in my sheet that I had orders written on. I got up...left the lounge...and forget to pick up that sheet and my cc.

I realized it when I got home.

So, I jet back to school...go straight to the lounge...because in my mind...I must have thrown it out. So, I begin to dig in the trash. The yucky, gross trash. It's not in there.

So, I go grab our custodian. We head out to the dumpster, because he says he did empty the trash right after lunch. I dig through the dumpster with him for 45 minutes. The dumpster...with all of the lunch of the day...etc. from our whole school. We don't find it and I go home and cancel my cc.

I get back to school the next morning and our secretary comes up to me and says that she found my cc on the table wrapped in my order sheet. DOH! I never looked on the table...and I was right in that room digging through the trash.

Good Morning Fockers!

NO SCHOOL TODAY!!! I had my dental final yesterday, so today is my day off. I start my last modular tomorrow!! I'm soooo excited.

I took the advice of some Fockers and read Twilight yesterday. Dangnabbit! I'm addicted! So, off to Target to get books 2 & 3 - I thought I saw #3 there as well.

I have another announcement to make: Evan gave up his paci yesterday!! The dentist will be so proud! Let's see he's 3yrs/9mos. - YICKES! It did cost me a new Thomas train and new tracks, but just think of ortho bills he may have saved me.

Glad to hear everyone had a restful Mother's Day! Got a lot to do today - Target, Costco & grocery shopping - BLECH!
