Happy Saturday Fockers!
Went to see Wall-e last night, and I have to admit I loved it! Wall-e is such a freakin' adorable character!
Here's a mini-TR of our evening last night:
We left our house about 4pm for a 7pm showing. Since I wasn't sure exactly how bad Friday night traffic would be, it gave us plenty of time for parking, dinner, shopping, etc.
Yeah, I was right about the traffic:
Ooh, lookie smoggy Downtown LA:
Surprisingly it only took about and hour. We parked at the Kodak Theater (home of the Academy Awards) and walked around the new shopping complex. We were all hungry so we stopped at California Pizza Kitchen, the place where they Californify pizzas.

Andy got the Buffalo chicken pizza, Evan got the pear and gorgonzola pizza and Maddie and I both had pasta dishes. The food was wonderful!
Next we headed to "The Boulevard of Broken Dreams" - NOGreenDay. We walked around Hollywood Blvd. checking out the sights and feeling alot like tourists. We rarely head up this way, so we had fun exploring.
Here's Maddie and Evan outside Grauman's Chinese Theater. (The WDW version in MUCH cleaner)
We headed across the street to the El Capitan and the Disney Studio Store and Soda Shop. The kids both got remote control Wall-e and Eve and then we got inline for our 7pm showing.
Andy and Evan took off for the potty and Maddie and I people watched. This couple walked up to the box-office and then I spied this guy carrying his MURSE!!

I still despise the murse!
Before the movie was a cute little Disney stage show with tons of characters, dancing and music. The movie was wonderfully funny and actually had a very important message which I think V would appreciate.
Andy was tired, so I drove home and I asked him to take a few shots of the theater as we drove past. Here's what I got:
Uh, honey, you have to put the window down if you're going to use the flash.
