I just did a quick sprint down the road, Ellie is round the corner playing with some friends and Jess is due home any minute, well I suddenly remembered that Ellie is still wearing Jessica's T-Shirt that she had on for sports day (it had to be yellow) and Jess had said that she wasn't allowed to wear it, so to save any drama I made Ellie change and I've hidden it at the bottom of the laundry bin :rotfl2:

:lmao: Good job, Mom! Way to keep the peace!

I had coffee and a bagel with my friend, but she had to cut it short b/c her oldest has a doctor's appt. :( So, I ran to Target. I was in so much pain, I could barely get the 8 things I grabbed. I came home to take some meds before I go get the kids.
When I get home I'm going to stay off my feet as much as possible with a heating pad. So, I'll have plenty of time to DIS today! :yay:

Can't listen at work. Will listen when I get home.

Errrr what's wrong with that? You were on holiday :rotfl2: Nice TR Janet!

Not feeling so guilty anymore::yes::

Thanks Jo:goodvibes

Had a lovely day at sports day, the weather was gorgeous and a few people got burnt, I'll do a full report when I get the photos loaded!

Can't wait to here about it.

2 interviews this afternoon...as my one from yesterday was moved. Wish me luck.

:faint:

I'm here at my motha's.

So, pray for me too! The saga has begun...

Good luck with the interviews and your MOTHA:hug:

Hey Lori---not sure if I've said Hi as I've been running around---but feel free to chat with us about anything or nothing! We've made some pretty close attachments here and I'd like to think we can help each other weather any storm--from marriage problems, kid problems to condiment crisis! Sometimes it's a good place just to be silly and sometimes we need a lift from our friends!

Thanks so much TE! :)

I love parties.

I do too! Hope you have fun! Sounds like it'll be a blast.

Mmmm... I love food. I'm going to be quite a bear when I have to have liquids for the 48 hours before the surgery. :headache:

That does suck! I don't know how your gonna do it!

Too funny Jo! Only mother's think to do these things!

***********************************

My day has been pretty good so far. The kids and I walked down to the store and did a little grocery shopping. I didn't have to yell at them once to stay by me and not wonder off. :woohoo:

I found something to wear for the wedding rehersal/rehersal dinner that I have to go to tomorrow night. Actually I found 2 things and will decide what I'll wear when I see what the weather is going to be like and what the place looks like. It's an outdoor wedding and reception so it'll be HOT!

I live with my dad (my mom passed away this past Oct and with the divorce I moved in with him) and he keeps asking me about tomorrow and the wedding day (he's invited to it). I've told him a million times that I won't be home at all tomorrow and he's like well what are you going to do with the kids? Ummm...take them with me. Well, what time are you leaving on Saturday? I've told him a million times my plans but it doesn't sink in. Oh wel...it'll be fun. :)

:lmao: Good job, Mom! Way to keep the peace!
I know, the things we do :rotfl2:

Take it easy Dawn

Can't listen at work. Will listen when I get home.

Photos please :goodvibes And it must be hard with your Dad, I know my Nanny (Grandmother) forgets everything and you just repeat and repeat!

I'm sitting here with dye on my hair, why does it need doing so often  And why does hair have to turn grey? :rotfl2:

a VERY sensitive private area and his ...boy part(okay lame but trying to be nice) was swollen to three times the size it should be.:scared1:
Poor Guy!
Have a great time at the beach. How long are you there for?

I live in the city of buggies...ever since they re-did the apartment below us we have been visited by some 4 legged yuckies.
Ewww! Another reason to move. To the suburbs. ;)

I have been thinking about you. Good luck today and come tell us how you do!

The things moms HAVE to do! We are on our toes at all times. You deserve the mom of the day award for that one!

Good for you! Sit on your but and rest! You aren't going to feel better, if you are running around. Get used to it! Call those children to help bring you the remote, a glass of water (or stiff drink), a pillow... have fun with it. :)

Tink and I are home from her last day of class and I promptly put her to bed for a nap. We'll see if she actually falls asleep. So far I hear a lot fo tossing and turning. We dropped off DS at his friends for a playdate. Upon handing him over, I let the mom know that he is not allowed to play outside without an adult and defiantly not allowed anywhere near the lake. (we live in a community with large lake that many families live on). I got some strange vibes from the mom (who is really nice). This is the same mom that the first time DS played at their house, I asked if they had guns. She said no, WHY? I told her that I always try to ask, and verify if the family does have them, they are locked at all times. She thought that was a strange question to ask someone. :confused3 The way I see it, it is my job to protect my child the best I can. If a family lives on the lake, has a pool or guns in the home, there are extra precautions that the parent watching the children need to be prepared for.

Cause your getting old Jo! :rotfl2:

We all are.::yes::
Hey :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

And guns  How many households have guns over there

It's very quiet here today! I'm off all day tomorrow to play a golf comp against another club. It's a friendly comp and we just have to pay for our food so we get to play another course for free, it's normally about $70 :thumbsup2 I'm even getting a lift :goodvibes

I ask the same question about the guns Jen. Alot of Jimmy's friends fathers are cops, so I always make sure that the weapons are locked up, etc. The parents never give me grief about it either. They know what I do too, so I think that helps.

Have fun Jo. Hope you don't have to play with the lemons again:rolleyes1

He says he wants to stay where he is - they did go in the rooms and then met the teacher and such. I don't want to make a problem if he doesn't see it, but I'm sad for him.

I don't know. Sigh.

 as a mom, it's hard to watch. i think most of the time it bother us mums than it does the kids, kwim?

STUCK STUCK STUCK !!!!

WDW is over.. but the DRAMA continues.
We may have to stay another night in a hotel because of how late we are getting in we still have nearly 4 hour drive AFTER WE get off the plane.
ARE WE HAVING FUN YET !!!!

hope you're home now , my friend.

So here's some pics of Ryan last night

beautiful family!!! :goodvibes

The cream we were putting on it seemed to be helping with the itch...but I gave him some Benadryl becasue I wanted him to go to sleep. (CE you can hand bakc that Mother of the Year Award Ant Bully came on the Cartoon Chanel and he was asleep by 9:00pm. He slept until 7:30am. I felt so guilty

oh my , don't feel guilty!!! i've given benadryl when there was no mosquito bite :rolleyes1 .

But I digress.... Today Dr. Botox freaked out on me about a patient. I swear I thought her head was going to start spinning and she was going to barf green junk! I didn't do anything to cause it, but it was funny all the same! I get a kick out of all the drama and how people freak out so easily! But they do laser hair removal, so I've been thinking... how nice would it be to never have to shave your pits again??

Have a great night girls! Tomorrow is my last day as a student, then I'm off on Friday - going to see Wall-E at the El Capitan in Hollyweird, but the good thing is it's right next door to the Disney Soda Shop!

do you think she freaks out easily bc she can't express herself with the frozen botox face? :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

whooo hooooo, last day as a student. have fun celebrating!! :thumbsup2

So I go get the cards, what a nightmare TH is brutal in the a.m I parked and no one would let me out this one woman kept beeping at me like I didn't know she was there so I rolled down my window and asked her ( well it was a little stronger than ask) "What her problem was " She stopped beeping!!

do you have a british accent? bc , i think everything sounds polite with a british accent!!!

Mornin' ladies! Well, I'm 3rd........but I've been up since 6 with the puppy if that counts!

poor thing. puppies are harder than kids sometimes!!! he's so cute tho!!

Morning all! Hooray for Thursday - it's been one of THOSE weeks. Not overly bad, but not overly good, either. I'm ready for it to be done.

hello v!!

My mom and I went shopping for stuff for our beach trip last night.Food is much cheaper here than in Panama City.Of course she also bought the kids new beach towels, pool toys, etc. We were sitting at dinner and I said how happy I was that we were finally getting a vacation.Rachel looked at me and said " It's not as good as Disney but its better than staying at home".Smart girl.

your poor son!!

have fun at the beach!! your daguther is a smart cookie already!

I felt guilty waking KC up too early, so he's sleeping (until noon then the free pass is over). We had someone come pick up some free cycle items this morning, so he had a weird morning already. It looks rainy and yucky, great day to stay in and clean!

Have a great day everyone!!!!!![/COLOR]

it's rainy and yucky here too kat!! don't clean too hard!!

Too much to quote. I'll just say...I LOVE AND HAVE MISSED YOU ALL! :teeth:

---------------------------------------------------------
hello to everyone. off to work in a little bit. maybe i'll be on later tonight it's slow!

Good evening ladies. We need to talk our way to pg. 44 tonight, this would mean we average 4 pages a day. That has got to be a record of some sort::yes::. And remember as we were told by Jo size doesn't matter;) .

It does get better, I don't hear a thing from my 2 now!

Pshew.

Jo said:
That's Jess in our house, but the last year it seems to be even, so there's hope!

Pshew, again. ;)

It is us parents who have to bite our lips as we watch them go through those learning experiences.

I know. It just bugs me that it's always him, and he's the "sweeter" one if you KWIM. Not that I don't love Woody just as much, he's just not "sweet". :rotfl: (Well, he WILL be to the Aug. Fockers, but not to me.)

ARE WE HAVING FUN YET !!!!

Ooof. Sorry, Katt.

So here's some pics of Ryan last night

Great pics - you all look fantasic!

(CE you can hand bakc that Mother of the Year Award :sad2:).
But I haven't had it for very long! :rotfl2:

Thanks for letting me share ladies:hug:

No, thank YOU for sharing!

I asked Alabaster Skin Barbie why TGB was fired and she told me she can't speak about it. Huh? Why not? She's already gone, right? They don't even mention TGB's name and any phone calls for her are to be forwared to Itty Bitty Barbie.

Well, I can say that D's company won't allow talking about firings, either - it's some sort of HR thing. :confused3 Not helpful to those trying NOT to be fired, but hey.

My bread turned out FABULOUS! I did take pics but quickly erased them thinking who in their right mind does this??? :rotfl:

I'm glad it worked out!

Morning all! Hooray for Thursday - it's been one of THOSE weeks. Not overly bad, but not overly good, either. I'm ready for it to be done.

So, pray for me too! The saga has begun...

so to save any drama I made Ellie change and I've hidden it at the bottom of the laundry bin :rotfl2:

Good thinking! :thumbsup2

I'm sitting here with dye on my hair, why does it need doing so often  And why does hair have to turn grey? :rotfl2:

When you figure that out, let me know. I don't know yet what I'm doing with mine, but the greys keep getting longer and longer... :rotfl2:

I haven't told you yet today how much I love you!

Barbieville Update:
Today was my first company meeting and the realization of where I am working actually set in. We are having a writer from Vogue come in tomorrow and interview the Dr. and have some treatments done. It's like the Real Housewives of Orange County! :lmao:

OK, I am so happy you got the job!:lmao:

My pup is asleep...............please please please don't wake up till morning..................pretty please!!!

You could always do what I did, 2.5 weeks after Namath came home I smashed my foot and had it put back together with a titanium plate and pins. It was my right foot and I was forced to stay in bed to keep it elevated. We had to go stay with Murph who got stuck walking Namath 10 times a day. By the time I could walk again (3 months later) Namath was housebroken:lmao:

:worried: Eh... Not great, but I'm trying to knock out my to do list slowly. Only one week from today!
Don't over do it!

I live in the city of buggies...ever since they re-did the apartment below us we have been visited by some 4 legged yuckies. We are both grossed out by it and can't deal anymore. We lived here for 3 years with not a bug, now eeew. So on with the cleaning!

UGH, you are a better woman than me!
\ Lovely photos Mo and I agree you do look skinny :goodvibes
SHHH, I was holding my tummy in!

Too much to quote. I'll just say...I LOVE AND HAVE MISSED YOU ALL! :teeth:

Better late than never....

Happy Birthday Kat!

Did I miss anyone else? :worried:

Well I cleaned too hard.... We ripped apart the whole tiny kitchen. I lifted too much and I'm really hurting for it. But of course I had to check in and say "HI" before going to lay down and not get up until tomorrow! We pulled everything out of the cabinets and kc filled in the gaps with spray foam and then caulked over it. The foam stuck to his hands and hair, it was fun getting it off. I better never see another bug again! I still need him to get the laundry together to drop off tomorrow and fill out my bills for ailing tomorrow morning. ugh.

Tomorrow we are going to see the in-laws so I can hopefully do a bit of dis-ing from there, to kill some time. If not see you all this weekend!
