T---I'm cracking up reading your Barbie stories! It's so different than the nursing home I work at!

We're hoping to see WALL-E too--it's on at the Drive in with Get Smart after that---adults are $5 and kids are $2 and we bring food and blankets and sit out with friends! It's a lot of fun!

So I go get the cards, what a nightmare TH is brutal in the a.m I parked and no one would let me out this one woman kept beeping at me like I didn't know she was there so I rolled down my window and asked her ( well it was a little stronger than ask) "What her problem was " She stopped beeping!!

Oooh, Barbie stories from me and Mama drama from Jen!

I just did a quick sprint down the road, Ellie is round the corner playing with some friends and Jess is due home any minute, well I suddenly remembered that Ellie is still wearing Jessica's T-Shirt that she had on for sports day (it had to be yellow) and Jess had said that she wasn't allowed to wear it, so to save any drama I made Ellie change and I've hidden it at the bottom of the laundry bin

Ok this makes me happy I only have 1 girl!

I found something to wear for the wedding rehersal/rehersal dinner that I have to go to tomorrow night. Actually I found 2 things and will decide what I'll wear when I see what the weather is going to be like and what the place looks like. It's an outdoor wedding and reception so it'll be HOT!

Blech! We had to go to a wedding this weekend in 100 degree weather! We bailed out as soon as they said "I do"!

I'm sitting here with dye on my hair, why does it need doing so often And why does hair have to turn grey?

Oh snap! Thanks for the reminder, Jo! I have to do mine this weekend and then I won't have to until August!

Barbieville Day 10: My days of free work are over! I start as a paid employee come Monday!
It was an interesting day.... I was exposed to scabies, was invited to a botox party and met an up and coming singer who attended this years Grammy's... something Levine or Levino?? I'll have to check on Monday.

When my day was over, I thanked the Dr. for the opportunity and she freaked out and asked if I had decided not to accept her offer. I was fearful that her face would crack, so I quickly explained that I would be back on Monday as an employee, but wanted to thank her for the experience as a student. She was ecstatic, but kept pushing to know exactly when I would be able to go full time. Blech!

So, here's to extra Disney money!!!

Night All! Had a much better afternoon! After giving one of my staff anot so glowing annual evaluation and fully expected all hell to break loose but instead she agreed and explained that her personal life was such a mess financially and emotionally she was at breaking point ! So I hooked her up with a friend who runs a soup kitchen for some free food and also with another freebie gal I know and she is sooo happy!! Makes me feel good tobe able to help and the up side for me is I will probably have a much happier staff !!

hey, you're back safely!!

Better late than never....

i say that on a daily basis !!!

Well I cleaned too hard.... We ripped apart the whole tiny kitchen. I lifted too much and I'm really hurting for it. But of course I had to check in and say "HI" before going to lay down and not get up until tomorrow! We pulled everything out of the cabinets and kc filled in the gaps with spray foam and then caulked over it. The foam stuck to his hands and hair, it was fun getting it off. I better never see another bug again! I still need him to get the laundry together to drop off tomorrow and fill out my bills for ailing tomorrow morning. ugh.

Tomorrow we are going to see the in-laws so I can hopefully do a bit of dis-ing from there, to kill some time. If not see you all this weekend!

Thanks, Janet! You're right, the entertainment is fabulous! I'm not ready to go full time right now, especially with Fockerfest just around the corner. I may think about going 4 days after the holidays. Maybe.

Evening ladies. Jimmy and I watched Gidget goes Hawiian tonight. I was hoping it would put him to sleep...It didn't.

Tomorrow I am working from home (Doing Laundry ) and then at afternoon snack time we are going to take water ice and soft pretzels over to Jimmy's school for his last day celebration. The teacher suggested cupcakes, but they have had 3 birthdays in the last 2 weeks. I think Jimmy is sick of cupcakes.

so, i'm at work, but get to go home at 12am. i was supposed to work until 8am, but they don't need me and i'd be on overtime. so , i was trying to think of something fun to do with the kids tomorrow. any fresh ideas?

Welcome DD I am Margie. I am a single mom of 2 going to school full time and work as a nanny. This is a great group of ladies and they are hard to keep up with. I try but alas fail at it most days. Luckily they give ample notice before each quiz. That way you can read up on everyone.
