Teacher Rate Question - Meal Plan?

Does anyone know if the Teacher Rate is for room only at the Swan and/or Dolphin or if there is a package available at a Teacher Rate that would be able to let us utilize the meal plan? Just DW (the teacher), DH (me!) and DD9.

I'd love to stay at the Swan or Dolphin at a teacher rate if they had a package with the meal plan. Wow!

I don't believe the dining plan is available at the Swan/Dolphin as they are not official Disney resorts. Sorry!
