We have NO plans for the weekend and that's ok by me! Maybe I can even get in a little DIS time!! Will anyone be around?....cuz it's no fun to come in here and try to have a discussion with my myself.

Ok, I knew I didn't like our real estate agent, but now I've had it...

I got a call a short time ago from one of my neighbors. She had a friend over who had seen our house for sale, and when that gal realized it was so close to her friend, she stopped at their house to call the agent and get more info. Our sign has our original agent's name on it, but she left the business a short time ago and our account was transferred to another lady in that same office. So, when this person asked for the name on our sign, of course she was told she no longer worked there. The gal went on to describe our place and so forth - the agent on the phone had NO CLUE what she was talking about!!!!! (there needs to be a smilie with steam coming from the ears....)

Oh wait - found one!

Well, seriously, that is how I feel right now. It wasn't our agent that answered the phone, but you'd think the agency as a whole would know what properties it has listed. My house is listed with an agency that doesn't even know it exists! My agent doesn't communicate ANYthing to other agents who call to request a showing! We have had NO talk of an open house, or had any advertising what so ever! DUH!...It's a slow market - the house ain't gonna sell itself!!!!!!

Ok, rant over.... I feel better.

On a positive note, I told them to come on over anyway and have a look-see! They did!!

I can understand your frustration. How the heck are you supposed to sell your house if the people representing you have no idea what's going on?

Hey peoples!! Hope you all have fun stuff planned for today. I get to go and hang insulation today. (and if you believe the banana I have some prime swamp land to sell.)
We decided to put insulation on some interior walls to help with noise reduction. They will start hanging sheetrock on Monday!! (you can believe this banana.) Oh yeah the other fun thing is... we are going to use that spray foam in a can to get all the little nooks and crannies. Spray foam in a can. WOOHOO!!

Okay, blame it all on to much caffine.

DeterminedOne, I love your new siggie photo! I've been thinking of resizing one of my character pics and doing the same thing (of course "resizing" is the operative word here, if it's going in my siggie! )

Thank you. I will probably change it again because I resized it in Photobucket to make it smaller but I didn't think it took. Now that I'm signed on again I see that it's a lot smaller than when I first changed it. I'm not sure which size you saw but I liked the bigger one better.

ETA: I changed it ... but with the new siggie guidelines the system cut off half our bodies. Oh well.

I finally got my fabric for my coat, its a black velvetine one (which was also pretty cheap XD)
I got some lace for my sleeves, and braiding for those shoulder-things cinderellas prince has.
I have some good trousers left from last year, I just need to make a crown out of cardboard and papier mache.
I might make some medals while im at the crown to hang on meh chest.
Then all I need is stuff for my hair

I want my hair very stiff (because prince charming has to have perfect hair ) and Im dying it with a non-permanent dye Ive been using for a year or so (either blonde, or brown).
