Hey LegoMom and TK.

I wanna go to the zoo. (I must really want to go.) I have NOT been sleeping lately. The exhaustion is hitting a bad place. Well anyway, yesterday I took a nap....and I dreamed that we had elephants and gorillas in the woods and they would come out to the edge of the clearing. For some reason we brought a baby elephant in the house. Until we realized that momma was having a hissy fit. So baby was quickly ushered back out. Then I woke up.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one having weird dreams. I had a weird dream on Sunday. I was working in a kitchen with Mario Batalli, the Iron Chef dude who wears shorts & orange crocs. I was doing what he told me, mixing ground meat and shaping it. He called me incompetent. Later we were eating in the cafeteria of the school where I work and the other Iron Chefs were there. They were all talking, I agreed to something they said and there was total silence at the table.

Well, I hope everyone has a restful sleep tonight. I know I certainly need one. We had a great day out with my parents, but I am just flat out. And I'm not fond of my job and I have four days of it to look forward to. I guess it could be worse. I could work full time.

Mean Queen, I'm sorry to hear you brought home an unwelcome souvenier, Senor Cold. I hope he leaves soon. And I'd love to hear about your trip while you still remember it.

My 35th birthday is this year. I really think it is a big milestone. So big of a milestone that I have booked a solo trip for that weekend with free dining. Of course, it's during hurricane season, but I am super-excited. I am booked for All-Star Movies (Having to do Value, as I can't do a mod with having to buy plane tickets.)

So, here I go, making another ticker. Our next trip after that is going to be for my 15th wedding anniversary in August of 2011. Long time--and I'll have a 2 year drought, but at least I get to spend time there by myself!

I am very tired today. I watched MJ coverage before bed last night then kept having strange dreams about it all night. The dreams kept waking me up. I also have been going back to daycare in the afternoons from 2-5pm.

OK, I really need to get on Facebook. I keep meaning to have my daughter help me with that. She has an account and I've had other relatives tell me I should sign up.

Okay, I changed my mind. I can't go to DW without my kids. So. . .the kids and I are going together the first few days in October for the MNSSHP. No, dh is not going, but the kids and I will have an awesome time!

And yes, I know I'm a sap, but I can't not take the kids.
