Tacos at BK?

I've seen ads for Burger King where they have a taco on their 99 cent menu. It's been awhile since I've been to BK, do they have them in your area? Has anyone tried one yet?

I don't know if I'd like a flame grilled taco.

Yuk! I did try them. They are like Jack In The Box Tacos, but ten times greasier! They sit in your stomach like a piece of lead.

Stick with the Whoppers!

Beanie, they claim it's broiled, but I don't buy that. Taco Bell = good (I ate there today ).

Marilyn, we don't have a Jack in the Box around here. A Jack's, but not a Jack in the Box. And Jack's doesn't have tacos, atleast the last time I was there they didn't.

Well, they have them as far north at Pittsburgh. But I don't think that I will try them. If I want tacos I make them at home. We don't do Taco Bell - we are boycotting them in support of the farm workers in Florida.

My SO agrees with you. My ds doesn't like it too much either. My dd would starve to death without taco bell. I craved taco bell food when I was pregnant with her.

I saw a Burger King in Evanston that was selling them back in July. I thought it sounded pretty gross. Kind of like when McDonalds tried friend chicken...ewwww

We get the tacos every once in awhile. They aren't too bad, but I prefer Taco Bell's. My boys and DH like them alot, though.

Actually, I heard that the tacos are frozen, and they make them in the fryer!

And Beanie, I still think you are NUTS!! How can you not like Taco Bell?? That should be a sin!

Not sure if I could eat a taco from BK!!! I'm not a BK fan anyway. But now I'm in the mood for Taco's!!! It's only 7:17 AM!!!!! I guess I have to settle for a pop tart!

They must be available here in Michigan. I've seen the commercial for those and chilli.
Anyone have hot dogs at their McDonalds? My friend in Maryland likes them from her McD's. None here yet.

They are very much like Jack in the Box deep fried tacos and I like them alot!!!! Won't eat them very often though as they are not good for you.
