Me too! I didn't know there was an outage and thought it was an issue with my phone. I tried to chat with Verizon help but they needed to send me a verification text to my phone which I obviously couldn't receive!

It’s been out at my house since lunch! I was at work all day and had no idea until I got home.
I needed to refill a script - can’t call and I’m having issues doing it online even on wifi.
My sister has been fine. My son who’s at work now just got his back.
I’m hoping it’s back soon.

I had to pick up some medical records at Brockton Hospital. DH dropped me off at the main entrance and said "call me and I'll come pick you up". I couldn't call and I couldn't text! Luckily he had found a parking spot not too far away and I found him in the lot. I was worried I would be wandering the parking lot for hours looking for him! Funny how much we rely on our phones.
We both skipped bible study and choir. So no YO-YO. We wound up making some diced potatoes in the oven with EVOO and some paprika, garlic, etc. and had smoked sausage wraps with them.
Finished off a tiny bit of Lipton’s noodle soup by adding frozen corn, peas, a handful of kale (my doc wants me to eat more dark greens which I find amusing since barely a week goes by w/o them) and a couple edamames. When the soup was hot threw some fresh green herbs atop and that was that. The
Had a slice of the crustless quiche tonight. Made it in a rectangular casserole dish that I divided in half with a dam made of foil. That allowed me to change the ingredients from one side to another. Had a piece with Gruyère, ham and leek + tomato confit.
How do you keep the quiche from sticking to the pan? My favorite quiche currently is ham/leek/asparagus with some form of swiss, depending on what's in the cheese drawer (I know, calling Gruyere "swiss" is almost sacrilege...)
The BLT was different... it had a bacon/tomato jam on it and the turkey was delicious. I almost went over this afternoon for lunch, it was so good!
We started with drinks on the outside deck at Boathouse. It was lovely out, but there was no place to sit and they were booked for the night, so I had a DuckDuckRazz; I know, so "tourist" but I have never had one and decided it was time to give it a try! We love Boathouse and have been there several times, but on this trip we are not making reservations, just winging it.
Tonight we went "off campus" and ate at Miller's Ale House. We'd been out all afternoon, wine tasting at Lake Ridge Winery and then went to the Lantern Festival at the Central Florida Zoo, and it was 8:30 by the time we got back to the Disney area. We were tired, it was raining off and on, and I didn't want to get wet on the walk over to Disney Springs and back. Miller's was fine- DH had chicken fajitas that were good, and it was wing night so I ordered a dozen (ate 3) and had a small Cesar salad. I also had a blackberry bourbon smash and DH had a margarita. Tomorrow is our last day here so I'm hoping to do something lovely for dinner.
