What is the cheapest rate someone has gotten at Priceline for the Swan and/or Dolphin in the last few day? I'm thinking about a cheap(er) last minute trip later this month.

$69 a night at the Dolphin for May 6-10. Almost fell out of my chair when I got the news.

I hope I caught you in time but its unlikely the SD will be coming up in the near future on PL. SwanDolphin had posted on someones thread that they were one of the "last of the lucky ones". He would know, take it as gospel.

Regardless of what has been coming up, you should never bid on priceline unless you are willing to accept what they give you. Which may not be the Swan/Dolphin (and probably won't be!) I have bid 6 0r 7 times for resort and never gotten Swan/Dolphin, but I have been very happy with all my hotels.

I bid recently and got the Hilton for $60 a night. We just needed a place to stay for our first night. I thought this deal was great. I was hoping for the Swan because we were spending our stay there, but hey. I think the Hilton is great because it participates in EE which means I can go to the parks early morning then check out. I do agree that you must go to priceline and wish for the best and expect the worst (resort hotels at those wonderful prices, that can't be really all bad!)
